Just moved to Colorado and have many health issues. Staff is friendly. Justin is great at listening to your needs and providing a plan. My entire family is seen here. Be aware that even if in network you will most likely have co-pays for your appointments. Still trying to find out why that is since I never had co-pays for pain management prior. Otherwise, great office.

I love the staff here! I have seen a few of the PT’s but mostly see Shane and Megan, who are both amazing- they’re super knowledgeable, friendly and focused on providing the best care. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Hall for chiro and I feel so much better already! I’ve seen 4 or 5 chiros before with less relief than in 1 session here. Do yourself a favor and get pain relief here.

Please please please- do your own research before going anywhere to get help with pain! I received treatment from this place about 3 months ago and have been in living hell ever since. I went in with chronic pain in area A and they treated a different area and did the procedure wrong, causing unimaginable side effects. When I informed them of this after many ER visits- I was told that I was not actually experiencing those symptoms and then stopped calling me back. If I could give them 0 I would. **Just for an update- I called them back multiple times and have never heard anything...

UPDATE: After I left my initial review MVPM responded on google to contact them. I tried but no one there is interested in listening to what happened. Now their reply has been deleted. No idea why but it furthers my feelings about this company. Below is a better description of our experience. Don’t recommend MVPM. I wrote this review and it only appeared on the Highlands Ranch location. I’m reposting here for the Lone Tree location but I wouldn’t go to ANY of their locations. Here it is! I wouldn’t recommend MVPM. Pretty awful experience. We gave them insurance cards at initial visit but when we showed up for my husband’s injection appointment they said we owed $1,050 because we have no insurance. We had his MRI disc but they weren’t interested in seeing the images. They wanted the report, which I understand but I’m surprised they didn’t want to look at the MRI images. They weren’t interested in his previous injections done out of state which I had the records for but no, not interested. (There was a nice lady named Patricia who helped with the insurance issue but then we got a bill and when I called they said we had no insurance! Again!) We do, it’s covered but really?? The epidural injections were done with NO anesthesia, like something to calm you down so you don’t jump around. We’ve been to other PM clinics and this was a first where they give you nothing to calm you down. It’s scary getting shots in your spine! Thankfully my husband is a tough old bird. The bedside manner of the PA who did the injections was subpar at best. He injected my husband and hit a nerve or something and my husband was asking what’s happening? That really hurt. The answer was ‘I might’ve put too much steroid in that one’. The administration is friendly enough but the system there is not. After 2 visits and providing our insurance twice, the information was not in the system. Do not recommend Mountain View Pain Management.

If you’re in pain and in needing pain relief, this is a great establishment to help you manage it. I have come here for the last three years to get RFIs (Radio Frequency Injections) to burn off nerves in my lower back to help manage my pain on a yearly basis and it helps tremendously with my quality of life. I highly encourage others to seek out this facility for pain relief management.

First off, this is the first pain management clinic I've ever experienced that was concerned with more than just writing presentations for narcotic pain medicine. I was sent out for imaging to find a reason and source for my pain. After which, I was set up with physical therapy to strengthen core areas that, in turn, help with long-term pain. My physical therapist also specializes in problems and pain of the tailbone. Something I've had issues with most of my life and have always been told there's not much that can be done with the tailbone. I have been offered information on the contrary, and I'm very excited to try her methods of pain relief for it. Now, I don't know if I should just write a whole new review or add to this one?But I have to give my highest praise (so far) to Dr. Hall, the chiropractor. It's because I get immediate relief from pain after seeing him. I come in with a few areas of complaint, and he not only addresses those areas with an alignment and adjustment but areas associated that you may not realize are connected. I get a neck to ankle work over. When he is done, it even seems to help me breathe better. My chest feels lighter. All I know is Dr. Hall is good at what he does. Oh, oh man, I just remembered the massage therapist. She has gifted hands. Something you've got to experience for yourself to understand my meaning. In summary, I would highly recommend to anyone struggling to live with pain and wanting healing, not just medication. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Doug is the best Chiropractor hands down, he is very knowledgeable and spends time with you- even though it’s a quick visit, you feel like it’s never rushed. He has really helped my back and neck pain and I will be forever grateful to him !! However, the front receptionist always changes recently . When I was first went there a year ago they were great never had issues with payments - they were kind and kept you in the loop. However, after a year they are messing up on the billing and although your paying each time, they are either asking for right amount or ( too little too much ) I just got stuck with a Hugh bill. Then even though it’s their fault and they take no responsibility they will not let you make any other appointments until it’s all paid. Interrupting patient care. Maybe a new office manager who can instruct the staff how to correctly charge and speak to patients with kindness and discrete would be a start.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had.. one of the secretaries with a very bad attitude, she attended me in a very bad way and did not help me with a mistake that they had. Schedule an appointment for a massage and they put the time they wanted another hour when we had already squared an hour. It’s disrespectful, now I don’t have the massage I’ve been waiting for for two weeks. The worst.
