Workplace review, please run! Overall micromanaged. Continued change of office check-in flow with no consideration of patient impact. At the interview, I was advised would experience a caseload of 12 patients but was booked consistently 20-23 since day-2 alone. They had no consideration for work-life balance, expecting to use planned PTO to complete documentation and reply to personal text messages from management. Also, they tell you that the company pays for 5 sets of uniforms including embroidery but it WILL BE DEDUCTED from your last check, around $350.

Don’t waste your time with these people. Horrid experience. We gave them insurance cards at initial visit but when we showed up for my husband’s injection appointment they said we owed $1,050 because we have no insurance. There was a nice lady named Patricia who helped with that but seriously? We have his medical records and CD of images and the report for his latest MRI but they had zero interest in that information. Again, seriously? The epidural injections were done with NO anesthesia, like something to calm you down so you don’t jump around. Thankfully my husband is a tough old bird. The bedside manner of the medical staff is awful. The administration is even worse. Do not recommend ANYONE to go to Mountain View Pain Management.

Staff is super nice and easy to work with. Helped me recover from an accident over a period of 8 months. Will go back if in need of more care. They offer a variety of treatment options. Highly recommended!

Have had an amazing experience on all facets of the clinic between the follow ups and different types of care from Chiro to PT to Acupuncture. It has been a great help in managing my chronic pain issues.

I have been going to the Highlands Ranch location for over a year and I just want to say the front office staff is the best. They always remember me and greet me. The whole office staff is incredible.

Josh was amazing! Kind understanding and compassionate. He helped me to better understand my situation and helped push me to feel more comfortable with everyday life. I will forever be grateful for Josh, his kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. Also shout out to Alana (front desk) she made scheduling and rescheduling appointments so easy. THANKYOU ❤️

"One stop shopping" for pain management, acupuncture, chiropractic, dry needling, massage therapy & physical therapy. The administrative team is also an important part of this A-Team. Thanks to all of these top-notch providers, my medical diagnosis improves daily! Convenient location w/ lots of handicap parking stalls.

Larry always melts my soul when I seee him he’s the best Ciro I’ve ever seen and always manages to make me feel better after!
