Best Team in Colorado! Destinee, Marco & Kyle have been very patient and helpful throughout my recovery. The whole staff is super nice and overall welcoming. Super thankful to have them on my side while I recover from my injuries!

Bree and Flo are amazing! Always super helpful and sweet! Phoenix and Marissa have been amazing in my treatment! I couldn’t have asked for a better care team!

Nathan has done a great job with acupuncture & adjusting while being respectful and caring. My recovery hasn't been easy, but im taking it one day at a time.

Level of care is ok, front office and supporting staff are very disorganized. The process to book or cancel appointments is about as seamless as you would expect it to be forty years ago. Turnover is high and no one seems to care. Billing disputes go ignored, I’ve called and gone in person to resolve missing cash payments and each time they tell me they’ll follow up with me I hear crickets. Like I said the level of care is at least ok, but the actual organization of Mountain View Pain Center is pathetic and I regret ever bringing my business there because of it.

THERE IS NOT PARKING AT THIS LOCATION! This is a "Park at your own risk" type of situation. I traveled all the way north, which took me two hours due to traffic, and then I spent another 30 minutes looking for parking. The girl on the phone instructed me to park in the "Purple Lot," but when I arrived at the office, they claimed they didn't know what would happen to my car since they couldn't guarantee it, therefore it may be TOWED!!! If you do not want your car TOWED away, I recommend that you do not come to this place because all they will say is "Sorry".

Honestly I couldn’t be more irritated rn. I had an appointment today, and I communicated with them that I would be late because I had some dysentery issues and whoever I talked to said it would be fine. I arrived at the clinic, got a call from them and they said I “might” have to reschedule. And I told them I was there, but they said “yeah, you’ll have to reschedule”. So I just hung up
