Update: I took my daughter back today and it went very well. We made sure to be early. Travis at the front desk was again amazing and so kind. Her provider Kyle was professional, very understanding and thorough. This is the beginning of a healing journey, and what a huge relief to find a truly caring provider that took time to listen and evaluate to help guide us through the process and options. Thank you Kyle and all of your staff for giving us hope and help. Brightest blessings to you all.

Racheal is a delight! She is kind hearted and a beautiful person! The procedure area with Dr. Vlad and Norman are incredibly nice, professional and have amazing bed side manners. I cannot compliment the team but enough!!

I've been a patient at MVPC for a few months now. I only have wonderful things to report about the staff, doctors & therapy specialists!! This office located on Interquest has a exceptional acupuncture therapist, Leslie Brave! She is helping to relieve my pain!! Also, kudos to PA Rob Aldrich and his medical assistant Alicia for great service & help!!! Blessing to you all!!!! - V. Hansen-

Every staff member I’ve encountered has been great. PA Rob takes a personal interest in his patient’s well-being…Dr Patel is an awesome chiropractor. Very good place to go for pain management-they care!!!

I was happy with this place until I had an appointment scheduled with Tonya Lantto. I drove 40 minutes to get to the appointment. I called the main number to tell them I was stuck in traffic they said it was ok and I had a 15 minute grace period on pt appointments. But, when I got there they told me Tonya is refusing to see me because I was 9 minutes late. If this review was just about Dr. Dana the chiropractor, it would be a ten star. He is amazing and all the other physical therapists are too. But I would highly suggest not scheduling with Tonya. She has no compassion for people’s situations

One star because the facility is nice. The place is a money grab, they constantly request for evaluations before procedures. Which is understandable, but how many times I need to be evaluated before the procedure actually takes place. They will also call and say it’s time for you to come in and get evaluated and then when you show up suddenly it’s waiting in the front room for five minutes seeing PA for five minutes and being told that you’re good to go. They will also refer you out for further evaluation, which is also fair, but once again you’ll be evaluated multiple times and paying for it before you even get the procedure done, which is supposed to alleviate your pain. I didn’t care for it because it cost me $30-$50 every time I go in and 45 minutes drive one way all to not get any relief from my pain.

I get most of my stuff, injections, pt, pain management etc all in one place so they can follow all of my pain information. It's great

The chiro and PT people are terrific there. Other problems sent me away from this practice upset and disappointed. Doctor Gabrielle was an excellent doctor and would recommend him to get ablation and other procedures . My problem is through support staff. Twice I was booked for an appointment, given an appointment card, then found out I was scheduled a different day. I was dialed in as a no-show, but it wasn't my fault. I had issues with one of the medicine reviews and people, not to mention any names. Because of the so called no shows I got booted out of the practice. He didn't believe that someone in the front office would make this kind of an error. I left really upset and left on my own. Now I'm with a different provider and have been waiting for over a month for Mountainview to fax my shot records to my new practice. Four times, I called, and hopefully, it was mailed. I am in dire need of an ablation. This isn't called for and unprofessional as to the therapist was to me as will. Dana was an excellent chiropractor and recommended him. He is the one reason I went with 2 stars instead of. One.
