What a complete disappointment. My husband has been in excruciating pain for the past decade and the physician wouldn’t even give my ARMY COMBAT VETERAN (3x Purple Heart recipient) the time of day to meet with us. What a disgrace this place is and other than the receptionist, they spoke with undertones of racism in their eyes and words. Their website brags they’re a comprehensive office, which was far from the case. If this is how you treat our veterans, maybe you should leave the state bc COLORADOANS LOVE THEIR VETS but this place clearly could care less about the patients and all about the money. Understand I am a 4th generation COLORADO NATIVE!! Pathetic excuses for a medical office and I pray they lose their licenses over turning an HONORABLY DISCHARGED COMBAT VETERAN away and wouldn’t even give my vet their time. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

Update 10/2/24: The business replied saying they refunded it. Ok, so they refunded to an expired FSA year which means they now don’t have the money and I will never see the money. Not helpful, definitely lost money out of my pocket for services not rendered. I’m looking into what I can legally do here. Welp, I deleted my review because the office account manager, Nikki assured me she would be taking care of it, it’s been a month and there is no follow through or “taking care of” anything. I had previously been a patient that came to Mountain View Pain Center because my chiropractor moved to the location. He has since moved on from this facility. The new doctor, who has never looked at a radiograph of my neck or spine adjusted me on 9/19 leaving me in pain and unable to use my left arm for several days. He yanked on my neck, which wouldn’t adjust because….my neck doesn’t manually adjust due to my C4 being completely out of place, which this place would know if they took the time to ask. I purchased a punch pass for $250 for 5 visits, even though it turns out my insurance would be only $35 a visit so that’s already a $75 overpayment. Nikki said she wasn’t going to charge me for the 9/19 visit and agreed to refund me for the what would be $200 since I no longer want to use this facility for chiropractic. I had to pay another person to fix what this office did to my body, was never refunded, was overcharged to begin with and overall had a poor experience. I highly recommend not using this office.

Mountain View Pain Center has been really great in treating my husband after his accident. They have been flexible with our schedule and giving helpful tips to help him in his recuperation. Thank you Mountain View for being there.

I recently visited this location and I had great experience. Staff are amazing. I had a neck problems for over than one year and from the first session with the PT and Chiropractor they approached the problem differently and first session went great! Dr. Nepsund and Dr. Burson are highly recommended, don’t hesitate. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at MVPC. Dr. Doug fixed my chronic neck and back pain that I thought I’d have forever. The staff is so nice and friendly - plus super easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. I’d recommend Mountain View pain center to everyone!

What a joke. Fibbed that they proceeded a pre-auth for 2 weeks despite my regular calls. Submitted the pre-auth with the wrong codes. What’s the point of having a practice if no one will push the paperwork through? Absolutely no point, you’re wasting people’s time, money and patience who are living in chronic pain. Ironically, I’ve never experienced less empathy than with the office staff at a pain clinic.
