Mountain View Healthcare Center

Had a wonderful experience when I went to visit this facility. Hallways are clean, rooms are neat & organized. I noticed when I walked around the facility the quickness of the staff & the response times to assist the patients & their needs. The nurses are very attentive to their patients. My grandma stayed her for some time & she loved her nurse. She would always mention how they listen to her needs. The rehab here is immaculate. The rehab team is one of the best in town! If my grandma ever has to return to a SNF. I'm definitely going to have her return here!

Very clean facility, staff are friendly and welcoming. My Husbands grandmother unfortunately has been in and out of skilled nursing facilities in the last few years. She is usually sent to a facility located closer to home, but after staying at Mountian view which was recommended by a family friend whenever she needs Iv antibiotics for infection she will come here. When visiting the other facility you constantly smelled urine or feces, not once while visiting Mountian view have I smelled the same odors. It’s perfectly located across the street from El Camino ER, makes us feel just a little more safe when it comes to emergency situations. When visiting one afternoon, the lasagna smelled delicious, and per Nana it was! They do have some flaws, (going through renovations due to new management) but other than that, there are no complaints. Nowhere is perfect, but I will say these staff really try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

I had an exceptional experience at this facility, the premises are impeccably clean, and the staff is outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and promptly addressed all my questions. Their commitment to going above and beyond to assist me was evident. It is rare to encounter such a consistently helpful team, but this facility truly exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend this facility to others.

Building is very warm and welcoming, when you walk in you are greeted by Nita very friendly and very helpful receptionist directing me to the right department, which I was greeted by Jonah and Jennifer in the marketing department. They took us on a tour of the facility and I absolutely love their physical therapy department, state of the art equipment . With every questions and concerns I had they not only answered them to my satisfaction but also put my mind at ease leaving my loved one in their care. As I was finishing up with the marketing department their assistant director Jenn introduced herself and just wanted to make sure everything was going well. If you would ask me why do I recommend this facility my response would be, the facility is very clean outside in, all the staff are friendly and always willing to help and if they can't answer a question or request they will solicit the proper response from their supervisor. As the old saying goes " Their actions reflect on their leadership " keep up the good work supervisor BJ and Director Jenn you guys have a great team

It brings me great joy to see a facility taking care of their staff so well. I strongly believe this is why my Mom has received such wonderful care since staying here at Mountain View Healthcare Center. She was so down after injuring her hip, but the team motivated her to heal and get home through love, laughter, and hard work. Thank you all so much for all you do. I know how hard it can be to work in an industry that can be so thankless or have people upset at minor things. What you’ve done for my family is truly life changing

Overall my experience at this facility was great. The rooms for the patients were very clean and the nurses and staff were very attentive to the needs of the patients in an efficient manner. There is also physical therapy available all 7 days for the patients which is very helpful for the patients who require it!

As I toured the facility, you can feel the warm welcome of the team. Compassionate nurses & CNAs are taking care of their patients as their own family. Thank you so much for all that you do for this community 🙏🏻

Mountain View Healthcare Center was recommended to us by our church friend, for my mother. We toured the facility with the administrator and he showed us all the features and amenities Mountain View HC had to offer. We ultimately went with them for our mother's rehab and the experience was pleasant. The therapy was top notch and we really enjoyed how much space was available to us outside. Not to mention how well maintained the landscaping was. We were happy with our experience and glad our mother was paid close attention to. We recommend working with Mountain View Health Care Center.
