I can't believe I actually had given this office 5 stars, about 2 years ago. I'm sad to say it's now a 1 star, in my opinion. I pulled into the parking lot 6 mins late went in and it was no later than 10 mins (at the front desk, because my stomach was in pain), and that day my car wouldn't start, and this lady at the front desk seemed to find it a joy to cancel me? She had a grin on her face. It's sickening, no care, like hey, what's wrong, etc etc. This after not being able to even see me for 3 months, made it even worse. And yes was I late 5-10 mins, yes, but come on people? BTW when I walked in there, I saw one other person in the waiting room, 40 empty chairs, 2 other cars in the parking lot but 8 cars across the back who were all the workers, nurses and doctors. I truly hope they get to exp struggle someday in their lives when their car won't start, when they've lost their job, when there phone dies and they can't call, when it's their last $25 for gas, when they are having health issues,...COMPASSION is what is missing in this world.

Great clinic and medical staff yet the ladies at the reception counter need to be educated in customer service and general politeness. A sour bunch they are, if those women have problems outside of work then they should leave it at home! Not bring it to work and seek to treat their clinics patients like trash. I came across three of them so far who needs to get their s#*t in order before even stepping into their work place or maybe they need to find an easier job. Not going to name any names, or I can just call her Karen, but a short blond one in particular acts like the head shrew. Rolling her eyes when simply asked a question and snapping her tone. I would love to rate this clinic higher but for their salty receptionists I will give it a single star.

Recently moved here and needed to establish with a primary. Got an appointment within days of my call. Saw Dr. Lopez and she seems very nice especially considering all my health care needs. Time will tell how helpful she will be regarding my pain issue. Already telling me to cut back my meds which she did but will refer me to pain management thank god. After 27 years dealing with pain someone who has no concept of pain telling me to cut back does not sit well with me. My pain keeps me from having a life. It would be refreshing to find a doctor that wants to help me to enjoy the years i have left not make me miserable and unable to participate in life. Found it in Montana but moved here to help a sick friend. Their health system in Kalispell left me in awe especially being on medicaid. Great doctors and no wait for surgeries or treatments.

Love this place & the staff! I can almost always get same day appointments, they tolerate my lateness as long as i call, and they even call me to remind me of mine or my childrens appointments the day before! The telemed set up is awesome & the telemed nurse Jill is the bestest! I have been taking my 3 children to mt mesa rural health clinic aince 2013, so 4 years now and they love their dr's they have had, morgan higgins was the favorite, greg davis, and now miranda everett! I recommend this clinic and these dr's to everyone! All the staff is awesome as well and very down to earth! <3 thanks guys!!!

Ladies at the front extremely rude, Doctors in the back obviously support them and the whole office suffers...

Hands down great staff and doctors always friendly never a long wait always in and out quick and Greg Davis is a great doctor very nice and professional and caring brieanna register is awesome very nice always smiling and professional
