Mountain View rehab has been amazing. My dad is recovering from a stroke and he has been in this facility for sometime getting therapy and recovering. The staff has been exceptional. The facility has welcomed us and made us feel like we are part of a family. they ranged a celebration For my parents 60th wedding anniversary and I was shocked that they were able to make something so beautiful and make my parents feel so special. It was a wonderful celebration with the residence the staff and my family. I highly recommend this facility has been a true blessing for us to be here, and we are so fortunate that they have taken such good care of my dad before he goes home. We will have all the tools necessary to take care of him and we will miss them dearly. Your loved one needs to be in a skilled nursing center. I highly recommend you choose this one. Their bedside manner is outstanding and they’re quick to tend to all your needs regardless of whether it’s the patient or the family. The food is absolutely delicious and the dietary staff are helpful with what is best for my dads nutritional needs. Thank you Debbie Aguilera for always being there to answer my questions to our needs. You are an exceptional individual and thank you to all the staff for always being there and for caring so much. It’s not easy and you do it with ease. Our family greatly appreciates you and we will never forget the happiness and care you have provided.

My mother is currently a long term patient/resident at this facility after having a life changing stroke. I feel that she is being well taken care of with empathy, kindness and compassion. The nursing staff (CNAs, LVNs and RNs) have all been communicative and thorough when tending to her daily needs and medical care. Debbie Aguilar, Admissions Coordinator, has been there to assist me through entire admissions process and continues to always be available if I have any questions/concerns about my Mom's current and future care. I would also like to give special kudos to Felix, RN, who has been one of the nurses taking wonderful care of my Mom. Thank you to the entire staff for everything they do daily and for making me feel comfortable to leave my Mom in their care.

I arrived at Mountain View on July 11, 2024 and was immediately met by Debbie Aguilar, Admissions Coordinator. Debbie was very professional and respectful. Debbie made me feel comfortable and I appreciate her assistance. Debbie informed me that if I had any questions or concerns to immediately advise her or any other staff member. Thank you all so much. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY ! Most of the staff was very negligent and careless towards people that needed extra care. Very hostile and unwelcoming environment. It was so depressing the residents were nicer than the employees. My grandfather was transferred from the hospital to this facility on Friday afternoon and when we went to go visit him on Saturday afternoon he was found in the restroom with his colostomy bag off and he was trying to wash his hands and stop the liquid from coming out his port. No one had gone to check on him all night and they left the same colostomy bag on him (which needs to be changed often since the bike comes out faster due to him having 20% of his large intestine left) and there’s no phones or buttons for him to use to call for help. The facility didn’t have the right bags and didn’t bother to ask him if he had any at home my grandmother had to leave and go get some from their house and bring them to the facility And let me tell you when we addressed issues and started asking questions they just sat at their desk and showed no sense of urgency and said they’d go look and change his colostomy bag in a little and proceeded to just sit there Saturday 5/25 the following nurses were assigned to him Supervising Nurse - Claudia Nurse in Charge -Matthew I had to call 911 and have them take him back to the hospital and guess what the EMTs took his vitals He was hypertensive, dehydrated and his port was getting infected Definitely got all the admins info to email a complaint with the treatment he received being there for one day !

Please read this review if you’re considering leaving your loved one here. Don’t do it. My aunt lived here for 4 years. Her belongings went missing countless times. We were always having to buy her new clothing. I don’t understand how clothing goes missing that often. There is an insanely high turnover rate of employees here. A few are great people and really care about the patients. Many could care less about the elderly living there. The rooms are depressing and don’t have much to offer. If you’re not visiting your loved one often, don’t count on anybody here to stimulate their mind. They don’t care to dress elderly people who can’t do it for themselves unless you’re visiting them. During the pandemic, there were 4 times that I made an appointment to do a window visit and phone call with my aunt. I was ignored by receptionists and didn’t even get to see my aunt for those 4 visits. My aunt mysteriously got a black eye at one point. They told me it was because she fell off of her bed. I could go on and on forever. Management, don’t post some generic response here…I really don’t care. Again, don’t leave your loved ones here. I guarantee that you WILL regret it. Most of the positive reviews are kinda sketch.

Mountain View is the place that your family members are very well taken care of. They are on top of everything their patients might need. The care is excellent. Their staff is very efficient, caring, and helpful. Once you walk in to the reception area you are greeted by a very friendly face, she is Debbie Aguilar. She has that place running like a tight ship. She is very helpful and is very caring about the patient's needs and their family. Also, the financial staff has been very gracious in helping meet my mother's needs. I am very grateful to the staff at Mountain View for everything they have done for my mother. She says she loves the place and thinks she is in a very elegant home. Sincerely, Bridgette Chavez
