Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center

For the most part, very happy with them. My best friend has been there for about 5 months. My only complaint is hygiene. My buddy is in zone 3, which I don’t believe he belongs there. Other than that. Staff has been very polite, and helpful with visiting.

“BEWARE GUYS” THEY DONT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON KITCHEN STAFFERS!!!! There’s a Felon Named Jonny working in the kitchen.he has went to prison many times. Guy has multiple drug and violence charges. Protect your family members in the facility.Never know who this place will put around your family members.

We had to place my sister who has Alzheimer’s at this facility. Sophia Petri is absolutely phenomenal with her knowledge of the procedures involved with a case like my sister. We appreciate her help so much, she assured us that she would adjust to her surroundings. This was the hardest thing we’ve had to do , Sophia encouraged us and truly cares for the patients and their families. Thank you so much Sophia❤️

My Mother is a patient at Mtn View. As for getting a hold of her. Like today to wish her Happy Mother's Day. No luck. They never answer the phone I'll rate them a zero. On a scale of 1 to 10

My mother-in-law lived for several years at Mountain View in Carson City, Nevada. We live in Michigan, but my husband visited his mother there and got to know the staff who cared for her with great kindness. Most of our interaction was by phone, but staff were very responsive, diligent about scheduling care meetings by phone, and even arranging video calls during Covid. We are very appreciative of the care she received.

I am truly grateful for all the staff at Mountain View Health and Rehab. My mother was here on hospice and in her last few days, the staff couldn’t be more thoughtful and caring. They went to great lengths to make her comfortable and feel secure in her environment. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement and great care for their family members.

My sister in law has lived at "Mountain View" for 5 yrs now. I talk with her often on the phone and she is always bubbling over. She loves this place and praises it to the highest level of care. Before she was put in there, she was depressed and not even bothering to get up. The place has given her a new lease on life. She was an R N retired so they have her expertise on hand as well. If it were not a good place to be, she would shout it to the world.

Cannot ever get ahold of my grandfather, they say they are quarenting everything that comes through the doors but while I was waiting outside to talk to his nurse they had two deliveries that did not have to be quarantined. My grandfather gives every cent to this place for care and they are keeping him locked down unable to go outside of his room. The last time I called I was unable to speak with him because they did not show him how to use the phone. When I tried to call back,the line was busy for hours. Not liking the fact that Noone gives you a call back no matter how many messages you leave.
