Mountain View Care Center

There’s not enough words that I can use to describe my gratitude to this office. I was experiencing pain in my shoulder for over a month went to urgent cares went to emergency rooms and nobody seemed to figure out what was wrong with me. I went here the nurse practitioner told me what to do gave me my medication and a week later I’m able to lift my toddler again, I don’t normally get five stars cause most people don’t deserve it but that nurse practitioner she deserves it. She was amazing. I wish I knew her name because I wanna do her. Thank you so much honestly the whole staff because everybody was very courteous kind and attentive.

The care team at Mountain View is amazing. They treat all their patients like family. If you have any concerns just let them know. They are very receptive and responsive. They make sure to provide exceptional care to all residents.

Met with social worker Jayann. She is super sweet, friendly and helpful. Provided her materials to assist with her patients. Looking forward to working with her and her team. Love her positive attitude. Front desk also was welcoming.

I have a friend who's a patient here for nearly 2 years. she gets excellent care. I'm very pleased with the cleanliness of the place. the staff is very friendly. my friend is very happy in this place and she has a wonderful roommate. it smells very clean when you walk through the door. No foul smell. I recommend this place to many of my friends I know it's a distance but it's worth the drive I'm very pleased with everything. Only people I have problems with is the social workers. Leslie has been there for a while Anita is new and they give me so much crap asking me why I'm so interested in Karen's money which is not true also why am I so interested in her when I have known her since she was 5 years old and she has no family except a sister that totally ignores her people with that attitude don't need to be working in these facilities.

Mtn View Care Center has a great and friendly staff. They seem happy to care for their residents and there is always activities. We love them!

As one of the smaller Skilled Nursing Homes in Nevada this place has it all. Great activities department; daily the residents enjoy a multitude of stimulating events, painting, singing, church events, and outings to the local public library and casinos. Dining everyday in the cafeteria for all meals or if they choose, in their rooms. Medications and meeting their daily living needs are completed by trained and caring Nursing staff around the clock. One thing I noticed, you will see upper management on the floor, talking with your loved ones and staff, not typical in long term care where they are behind closed doors and only coming out when there is a problem or when State is in, so unusual. When you are looking for a Long Term Care Facility, Remember. Mountain View Care Center, bigger is not always better. Thank you.
