One of the receptionists was so rude and difficult that I won’t be going back. Too bad because Jacob was an awesome pt
Liars and very petty. I only opted to pay for my membership upfront and when I asked to pay another month I was told I didn't owe anything. I asked twice if they were sure and they said I didn't owe anything. A month later I get a bill in the mail. I made sure I was cancelled but apparently they messee that up as well and went to bill another month. To make it fair I said I'd pay part of a month but since they lied to me by saying I didn't owe anything plus didn't cancel me correctly I shouldn't owe anything further. Several months went by without the manager calling and I get a letter saying they are going to take me to collections. No apologies or any responsibility taken on their side for their wrong actions. They want to send me to collections for $25 instead apologizing for their misdoings and making things right. Even restaurants give free meals when they mess up and these people won't make any effort. As I said, liars and petty. I'm glad I found a better gym where I've had zero issues with their staff or how my membership is paid/setup.
Nicki Ebel is amazing. Her knowledge and experience are making my therapy after hand surgery a pleasant experience. She listens to you and will tailor the therapy to return you to the best you can be. Everyone at MVT is kind and encouraging. Great people= great place.
Ron Babcock has done amazing things for me. I have tri-geminal neuralgia that is face pain at it's worst and Ron has done more for me than brain surgery did. He is kind and gentle and respectful. Amanda is wonderful too and a pleasure to visit.

Great place I have tried another one and they don't compare to mountain valley.Those girls and guy's are well experienced. and do their jobs very well.
These therapists are great. Take time to explain everything and really make you want to do what it takes to progress. They are amazing
