Sheila was my incredibly competent and caring hand therapist after my wrist surgery. From the front desk to the other therapists, (who I saw in Sheila's absence), everyone was wonderful. I am back to tennis and pickle ball and I owe it to Sheila's great care. I would recommend Mountain States very highly.

As a patient with them for a while My doctor had ordered another round of physical therapy Not only did they put the wrong information in my chart and send off to the wrong doctors They never returned a call for my other round They’re very unprofessional From my referrals were being sent off to unknown doctors And then Janessa never sent off to renew physical therapy But took it upon herself to decide if I should come back By simply ignoring my doctors request now mind you, my insurance was paying for this And my doctor had signed off, filling that it would still continue to benefit Instead, ignore my Doctors referral and simply say it was anxiety Knowing fully, they would be paid they still ignore you They do not treat you as a normal patient. Listen to what your doctor ordered. Yet they simply go off of what they want The sad part was discovering that they were sending my information out to a doctor. I never heard Of So it delayed care And then, when the referrals were given, she didn’t sent in for approval Very unprofessional I would not recommend this place if you need A physical therapy Because they will not listen to your doctors and the referrals your doctors give They determine their selves if they want to help or not, and how long it would be, for rather than what the doctor has requested Been over three months and still no No appointment, although there is a referral For treatment If you want better results, I would definitely go somewhere else or it was a complete shock to see another patient Paperwork in my file Then Janessa simply laughed it off by saying well that might be the reason why we haven’t heard from your doctor. We’re sending it to the wrong Doctors office My doctor has sent the referral She simply has not responded Not because she doesn’t have time Or availability It’s pretty clear that they can’t even get the information in your file, right

Love, love, love Janessa at Mountain States. She is caring, thorough, patient and most importantly, effective. Without her help my quality of life would not be what it is today.

Sheila is the best! I worked with her to rehab my thumb after surgery. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and helped me heal a month ahead of schedule! So grateful for her!

I stumbled on Mountain States Hand & Physical Therapy while looking for an in network physical therapist to rehab a broken leg. I'm so thankful for finding Mountain States Hand & Physical Therapy and will use them for any future physical therapy needs. Andrea Thomas was exceptional to work with and I have had great results. Caitlyn at the front desk was also excellent. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Even the front desk person (kaitlin?) is just the nicest. Even when my insurance company (not them) made a mistake, they worked so hard to help me get it resolved. I've also been wearing my splint cast for weeks now and it's very comfortable :)

I was very pleased with the welcoming staff and the depth of knowledge and professionalism displayed. John Sauer explained the mechanics of the recommended exercises and how they would improve my hip flexor issue. I was quite impressed and would highly recommend this practice.

Janessa was able to see me right away. She helped ease my hip pain and was always kind and informative. Thank you so much!!
