Steven Brentin, PT, DPT Worked with me and helped me handle a lifetime problem of motion sickness/dizziness. I had no idea therapy like this existed. No one had ever asked me the questions Steven asked me. No one had suggested there were exercises to practice to avoid future dizziness or movements to practice in the moment to feel steady again. I am so grateful and shocked, I had to come on here a year later and give this review! Steven is also an extremely caring, charismatic person passionate about solving the problem. I’ve been going to physical therapy for a couple of weeks and have seen drastic improvement thus far! Working with Paul Bailey has been such a pleasure. He is effective, kind, and really makes your goals a priority in your recovery. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a physical therapist!

I really am glad I was referred here, I have been seeing Tina mostly, but also Anna and Andrea (?) And very much appreciated their kindness, skill, knowledge and insight. I would not be feeling almost back to normal without them. Front desk/reception staff are all very personable and kind as well. All around 10/10, highly recommend choosing Mountain States for your needs. Flexible scheduling and locations are also very helpful to navigate making appointments with a fulltime work schedule. All of their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Jane for a pinched nerve (in my upper neck/back) issue and she really exhibited in-depth knowledge of diagnosing, identifying targeted and isolated treatment needs, and the proper therapy techniques. They really try to understand your lifestyle and daily needs, including the active sports I participate in where the health of my physical condition is crucial. My issue was addressed a lot faster than expected, and the reduction in pain was so relieving. I highly recommend this facility for physical therapy needs.

Wow. If you want to be treated like you don't exist, this is your place. The office staff is clueless and incompetent. They call within 40 minutes of the appointment and cancel. And never call back to reschedule. I would say it might be an error, but it has happened 2x. Previously had a good experience with the knee rehab, but there is a problem with the hand people. Do yourself a favor and do business with someplace that is competent.

Megan, Sheila, and Sophia completely changed my outcome after surgery. I work in dentistry and the need for hand surgery felt like a pretty devastating outcome. These hand therapists helped me heal way beyond just surgery alone. Their help and recommendations has been crucial in my return to work and I am forever thankful!!
