My mother, who was in an accident, used this facility. She has great insurance through her partner's Union job and has never had an issue with submissions. MSH-PT submitted the request, but it was found that they sent it to the wrong address. We notified the PT office of the mistake and again gave them the correct address with the direct number to the insurance rep. my mother was never contacted... they have her cell phone number and could have easily remedied any issues with one phone call to her or the insurance company. She assumed all was fine. UNTIL my mom was served a Notice to Appear in court, now, she faces over $1000 in court fees and the full amount of the PT. At best, their office staff does not have a good protocol with follow-up or concern for the patient- regardless, it has caused a poor woman much grief, stress, money, and NOW a court appearance as she navigates recovery... I expect that the office will say that they have never had this kind of issue before... but the fact of the matter is, they do now. And it could have easily been avoided with proper follow-up and oversight. We are actively telling people to avoid this place.

The caregivers are nice. However, the billing department is incompetent and disorganized. They do not use online bill pay, you cannot pay bills in person, and the staff will redirect you 4-5 times to pay your bill by phone. Also they have difficulty properly preparing insurance paperwork.

Sheila Morton is awesome and was super helpful in enabling me to get my wrist back to full functionality after a recent sports-related fracture. She's highly skilled, a great communicator, and was very encouraging. I am extremely pleased with the quality of her care and physical therapy, and of this clinic. I would highly recommend Sheila Morton and Mountain States Hand and Physical Therapy to anyone recovering from a sports injury.

Elizabeth was far and away the most thorough, knowledgable, and thoughtful care provider I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She gave all my questions equal consideration and was very practical and straightforward about what what to expect over the course of my treatment. The depth of her expertise was apparent as soon as our session began and at no point did this quality waver or degrade over our long consultation. I am more optimistic than I've ever been regarding the potential improvement of the issues that brought me to this clinic!

I met Pam over 25 yrs ago after a car accident. She has remained my “go to” person for anything that has come up- I’ve had my share! She isn’t just my PT, she has become my friend! She really cares for her clients. I have benefited greatly and continue to do a host of exercises she has shown me to enjoy my life! I highly recommend her!!

The therapist made us feel like we were a burden to be there and couldn't wait to move onto the next patient at each appointment. The last appointment the therapist was 20 minutes late she didn't apologize just had my son come to the back. She was going to cut his time short until I advcoated for him. For this reason and others I do not recommend this facility.

Was reluctant to go to more therapy.... Doctors said Go, I said NO. Sister said Go.... I went. I am so glad I did. I have a traumatic brain injury. I'm so tired of doctors. I was graciously greeted right from entering the front door. Everything was lovely!! Hail to Amy for being my Therapist. I must say Amy made this appointment one of my best since my August accident! Do not hesitate to reach out for care here!!!! I'm glad I got "pushed" into it!!! Let's hear it for Amy!!!! THANK YOUI!
