Over 30 years of competitive sport, Chris at Mountain Man, has had the most effective and efficient results I’ve ever experienced. No long drawn out treatments that deliver marginal benefits. Chris gets right down to business and is a mobility sleuth, often surprising me with the source of my limitations, but boy is always on the right path. You are in great hands at Mountain Man Manual Therapy!

Chris helped me increase my range of motion after a total knee replacement on both knees. He intuitively knew what to work on to help me gain the most range of motion for where my body was in the healing process. He gave me great exercises for home practice and was compassionate when I didn't always do them perfectly. If you are looking for an excellent manual PT therapist, Chris is an excellent choice. I highly recommend him.

Chris is an excellent physical therapist. When I first started seeing him, I could barely run 2 miles and I’d have all sorts of achilles and ankle pain afterwords. This past weekend I completed a 40 mile ultra marathon in the mountains of Colorado and finished pain free! I highly recommend Chris and Mountain Manual Physical Therapy. I wouldn’t have been able to run this race without him.

Chris is very professional, kind and helpful. I’ve been seeing him for years for a variety of issues. Most recently he helped me with shoulder pain that was affecting my normal swimming routine. After one treatment to address the shoulder issue, I am back to my normal routine and the pain has not returned in over a month. The space where he provides treatment is clean and bright with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A great setting for healing to take place.

I started going to Chris in February of this year with intense outer knee pain, and not being able to run more than a mile. After just a few sessions Chris was able to find the root of the injury (an old ankle sprain) and gave me a bunch of exercises to start strengthening. I was running again in a few weeks! I spent the spring and summer training for Imogene Pass Race in Telluride, and continued to see Chris throughout the training process to address less serious nuisances like calf pain, and he helped me go into the race feeling awesome! I crushed my goals in huge part because of Chris's help! I cannot recommend him enough!

I have worked with Chris, after my friend (had knee surgery 2017) and recommended him. It was the best decision I’ve made to have Chris work with me after I broke my hip and had a full replacement(2017) , rotator cuff surgery (8/2018)and now dealing with sciatic nerve pain . He understands how your body works and is a Hands on Therapist. He explains where, why and how to get the best results. Then he makes it happen. If you need PT, he would be the best person to have your therapy with. Highly recommend him.

Chris is absolutely amazing at what he does and incredibly knowledgeable. Within a single session he was able to fix my husband's foot pain that he had been dealing with for several months. He's helped me with an array of issues including lower back and hip pain, as well as gastrointestinal issues. I couldn't recommend him enough!
