People with back pain come here! Caroline is the best PT I have ever worked with. After my back surgery, I was struggling to find a PT clinic where I could get the one on one focused care from a DPT that I needed to improve, build confidence and get back to activity. I saw great improvement with my low back after a few months working with Caroline. She takes the time to talk through things and reinforce positive progress. Thank you! Also Emily is awesome!

Caroline at Mountain Land was recommended to me for PT for my hip by a good friend, and I’m so glad! She has been so helpful - always knowledgable, has an high attention to detail, and gives creative suggestions to help me keep making progress. The whole staff is super professional and friendly, and the facility is clean. They definitely know what they’re doing! Highly recommend to anyone in need of PT!

I have been going to Mountain Land PT for 5 sessions already and Allison has made it a very positive experience. She is so awesome to work with. You can tell she loves her job and loves working with people. She is very personable and explains things very well. Out of a 1-10, I would give her a 15. I also just love Megan at the front desk. She is a ray of sunlight to talk to. Very helpful with scheduling and trying to make it work for you. Mountain Land you have a good thing going.

My journey with Mountain Land Physical Therapy started after torn rotor cuff surgery to repair three a torn ligaments. So I chose Mountain Land due to all the excellent reviews and it was a choice well made. First of all the staff was super friendly, helpful and would always call if any changes to sessions were needed. Joseph was my PT his knowledge of rotor cuff surgical repairs and understanding of which PT exercises needed to be performed at specific phases of rehab was excellent. Each session would start with a warm up then range of motion measurements to check for improvements. Then it was off to the table this where Joseph expertise and hands on skill came into play with deep pin point pressure massages then hands on motion stretching on the tight ligaments and muscle bands that had become atrophied. Then he guide me through all exercises with a combination of stretch band exercises and light weights, all to build strength and mobility backup in my shoulder. If I ever had a question about a specific pain I would have when I made a particular motion Joseph was quick to go to his laptop and open up his anatomy program and indicate which specific tendon and muscle it was and explain about the pain and associated exercises to help. He’s very attentive and would always address any concerns I might have (none) check my progress and how my shoulder was responding then adding different exercises and stretches that would be beneficial to my rehab. I was ecstatic how much my range of motion improved and strength improved after 12 weeks. Due to vacation plans and a honey do lists I had to take a PT break but I’ll be back. Without a doubt I can say I have never been to a better PT facility than Mountain Land Physical Therapy and I’ve been to a few. The entire staff was great super friendly, knowledgeable and a fun to be around. You would be hard pressed to find a better facility than Mountain Land Physical Therapy. Thanks to all and special thanks to Joseph and yes the drywalls done and went for a bike ride.

I had a challenging time finding someone who could help me navigate the postpartum phase and many physical changes as a result of childbirth and I'm so grateful to have found Allison! She is absolutely incredible! Very knowledgable about pelvic floor and core healing, stabilization, and strengthening. My recovery was truly made possible because of her. Highly recommend Allison and the whole team of amazing folks at Mountain Land PT!

I wasn’t able to even walk without a wheelchair or crutches. After a visit with my surgeon, I wondered why he wanted me to do physical therapy before surgery. On my first visit…Allie explained that it was so important for me to get stronger physically before surgery and I felt more at ease and willing to do whatever I needed to do to get stronger before surgery. I’m 4 days out from surgery and I’m so happy that I had such great support and knowledge beforehand. Thank you!

I had a knee injury from skiing this past winter and I was on crutches for a little over a month. After the crutches, I first started physical therapy at a different facility and they were ok - I had made slight progress but the therapist did not work me as hard to help me reach my full range of motion again. I was recommended by my orthopedist to start here at Mountain Land Physical Therapy with David and it has been a fantastic experience! David is amazing and I have made SIGNIFICANT progress since starting here. He worked individually with me for the duration of each session and gave me a variety of challenging exercises which has helped me get my motion and strength back in my knee. I can do all the physical activities I used to do now with barely any pain so I will now be all ready for the next ski season! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy! David will definitely help you reach your goals and the rest of the staff is also very friendly and super accommodating with scheduling sessions!
