I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this physical therapy clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery journey. My physical therapist (Kurt and or Chandler) took the time to understand my needs, set clear goals, and tailored a plan that was both challenging and achievable. Every session, I felt motivated and encouraged, and they really helped me regain strength and mobility after my injury due to a severe car accident. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the whole team works seamlessly to create a positive environment. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I’ve made amazing progress. Highly recommend to anyone needing top-notch care and personalized attention! Every staff member was wonderful, but I have to give a special shout-out to Alyssa, the therapy aide. She brought so much energy and positivity to each session, making my recovery journey feel fun and engaging. Alyssa went above and beyond, especially on days when I had to bring my toddlers along. She was not only understanding but also incredibly helpful with them, allowing me to focus on my exercises. Her warm personality and dedication made a real difference in my experience. This place is amazing, and Alyssa is a gem!

The staff is amazing and attentive. Kurt was my main therapist and helped me tremendously. I had been told by a Hospital 2 years ago that I needed hip replacement surgery and I finally went to get a second opinion, where they recommended I go and try PT. I was skeptical given my history, but how grateful I am to that surgeons suggestion! I still have a road to go for full muscle recovery, but the pain has severely diminished while also gaining full mobility. I could go hike and run with my kids for the first time in years. Thank you to everyone that helped me through this scary time in my life.

Tiffany is the best! I came in with intense lower back pain and 4 months later I am cured. I am back to my previous level of physical activities and I no longer wake up in pain. Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a great place to work through your physical problems and they will try many different therapies to find what works best for you. I highly recommend this place and Tiffany is a great resource to use to get better.

Everyone here is great, the receptionists, techs, and most of all, PT, Susan Ashdown. (Abbie and Chandler are awesome, and Tiffany and Kurt are so positive and welcoming!) She really cares and gives a better adjustment than a chiropractor! Her massages hurt like crazy, but she breaks through scar tissue, and helps to heal issues I never knew could be healed. I am so grateful for her wisdom and the exercises she has taught me, which have improved my quality of life. I also have her treating my 8 year-old for femoral anteversion and we have already seen improvement! She is extremely knowledgeable of the body, and her education is so multi-faceted, she can help with a broad range of issues/problems/injuries you may be dealing with. I have had PT in another state, but no one like Susan. She's one of my favorite humans ever and I would 100% recommend her to everyone and I do!

Highly recommend Mountain Land Physical Therapy in East Layton. I went in hobbling with a cane with a bulging disc and piriformis pain. I was walking on my own the first week!! It only improved from there. I am writing this review four months after completing therapy and I am still pain free!

This was my first time going to physical therapy, and I can't recommend Mountain Land PT in Layton enough. Chandler started out helping me with the significant lower back pain that brought me there and was really good at explaining and educating me on what had happened and what we needed to do. Then I transferred over to Kurt (when Chandler was out of town) and he was able to adjust my twisted and displaced hips that were at the root of the problem, and get me to where I can leave today feeling so much better. Kurt really knows his stuff, and used a number of methods to include dry needling to help my muscles calm down and stop causing me pain. The next time I hurt myself, this is where I'll be going to get the right help to heal and move on.

Great physical therapists! I have worked with most of them over the last month, I love and respect them. They are very encouraging and professional in their approach to PT. I recommend this location!

I appreciate this location and staff, especially Tiffany. They are so kind and genuine and really take their career seriously when it comes to physical therapy and getting their patients on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this location to anyone. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you all for your kindness and the care you took to getting me healed.
