Mountain Land Physical Therapy - Boise

In just 2 sessions and lots of home stretching, I was relieved of nerve pain in my arms that I had been dealing with for almost a decade. I felt genuinely heard (a rarity for patients these days), and thus the treatment plan I was given was extremely simple and effective. I'm hoping that if I continue with the stretches and being healthy, I will basically be cured. So thankful to Jake!

Never go to any other PT place again!! I'm only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 10! I was battling brain cancer, going through Chemotherapy, and fighting severe back pain that had me going to the ER 3 times a week. The first physical therapist my PCP recommended was doing more harm than good so my sister recommended Mountain Land Physical Therapy on Broadway in Boise. From my very first assessment I felt that they were extremely knowledgeable, and created a plan that was specific to my needs. They even waved the cancelation fee on the days I woke up too sick from Chemo to go to my appointment. Jake is absolutely amazing! I feel I leaned more about my brain cancer and how chemo effects the body from him than I did from my doctors. The staff are very friendly and can work around just about any schedule. They quickly begin to feel like family and make you excited about going to PT. I worked my butt off to rebuild my body during the last couple months of PT and chemo and they were so sympatric and encouraging through every step I completed. I probably went here for 5 or 6 months, first 3 days and week and then 2. And by the time I was ready to suggest 1 day a week I was already doing so good Jake told me I could easily graduate that day if I wanted to. Seriously, I cannot say enough great things about this office and all the staff and therapists! I'm defiantly going to miss them! I am enterally grateful and happy to announce that the severe back pain vanished after a couple of months, and also that I finished my last chemo treatment in April of 2024, and my cancer has been in remission since June of 2023. I'll say it again, for whatever your physical therapy needs, look no further than Mountain Land Physical Therapy! I promise you won't be disappointed if you're as determined as I was to get back on my feet and back to doing the things I love!

I came here with significant neck pain and just left my final appointment pain free! Everyone here is so nice and cares deeply about helping you get better. All of the PTs are fantastic but Ava was my main and try to see her if you can!

All of the Pts including Jake and Camille were excellent and monitored my progress well. They were extremely caring and made me feel like I could take on physical therapy with ease! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of PT services.

Best physical therapy office I’ve been to! Staff is so friendly and they actually care about what’s going on. They helped me through an ACL surgery recovery and were absolutely fabulous.

Great experience. Very professional staff. I had a shoulder replacement surgery at 78 years old. Jake and his staff worked hard and I think my recovery was exceptional because of their knowledge and expertise. This is the place to go if you need physical therapy.
