If I could rate this place 0 I would. Not only is the front office disgustingly rude but a lot of them don't even know what they're doing. Wait time you might as well go to alpine or El cajon. Seems they hired a bunch of immature fresh out of high school girls to work there. Please clinic do better

This afternoon the receptionist, Jennifer I believe was the absolute worst receptionist I have ever spoken too, utterly rude. I was inquiring about being seen urgently for a simple throat culture. You don’t have to be a specialist to know that a throat culture takes about 15 min. She told me nothing was available. After getting frustrated I had my partner call back who was told that we can walk in before 3:30 to be seen. She didn’t ask a single question about the symptoms or my state of health. She was strictly worried about insurance and the money. How typical. I would rather drive 30 minutes to alpine to be treated like a human being not a wallet. Poor poor patient service. Will never go here based off of the interactions over the phone call.

It takes quite a bit to get me to leave a bad review for a company. This place should be closed down and not allowed to practice medicine. It took my wife 3 MONTHS to get a referral from this place to get a much needed ultrasound for a serious condition she has. Also, I got a herniated disc which I had to go to the ER for. They told me to get with my regular provider (this place) to get a referral to a specialist within 2 days. I only had enough pain meds to make it about a week. I called multiple times and they never answered. I left messages and they never got back to me. I finally ran out of pain meds and was left in agonizing pain because I could never see someone to diagnose me and give me a new prescription. The only way I could have been helped was to go to an urgent care or ER again, but I couldnt even take a long drive into alpine or el cajon in my condition. I could go on and on about how inept this place and their support staff is, but I'd rather not waste more of my time. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The staff who works here is very nice, but unfortunately they are quite terrible at operating a business. It took almost 3 months, 30+ phone calls and more phone transfers to dead end voicemails that never returned your call than I can count in order to receive a referral. And that's just me. My husband has his own issues when trying to reach anybody or receive service. We are in the process of switching providers. Would not recommend this place if medical care is what you seek.

A sense of unprofessionalism at front desk but Dr Roger's is the best.

I literally live 2 miles from this establishment. I would drive to Torrey Pines before visiting again. I was there for a Ski Accident 2 years ago. The Staff is incompetent, distracted by personal texting and not very well organized. Took 2 weeks to get an MRI approval because the staff was negligent in office duties.

Most of the front staff and the nurses are very nice! They made my child feel cared for. The Dr listened to my concerns and addressed everything throughly. Wait times are no longer than any other dr office
