Brenna's professionalism is next level. It's been a very long time since I've encountered this level of professionalism, I firmly believe that it makes a difference. How can it not? The attention to detail wasn't lost on me either. She's managed to make a small mountain cabin into spotless and comfortable therapy studio, because therapy is what it is. My body received 1.5 hours of massage THERAPY. She evaluated my body and managed to find and relieve several tight and tense areas. Her anatomical knowledge is astounding. She approached the massage with an objective to find and alter the issues, it seemed very custom tailored. She included some cupping, hot stones, warm towels and CBD oil all part of her STANDARD treatment! There wasn't a bunch of add ons or up sells, she gives you her top tier treatment standard! Such a great concept, always offer your A-game! Believe me, it was well worth every penny. I will be commuting once a month from Denver to Red Feathers just for her treatment. If you're lucky enough to live in the area and this ISN'T part of your monthly routine... you're missing out, BIG TIME!

I received a 90 minute massage this week from Brenna at Mountain Cabin Massage and it was extraordinary. I am used to the basic massage and I try to have massages every other week in California where I live. I contacted Mountain Cabin Massage because I was in the area and set up a session with Brenna. She began with Neural Release Therapy, (which I had never had and it was wonderful) continued into massage and ended with cupping (which I had never had before and was excited to experience). All through the massage Brenna explained my physical makeup and why I had some of the aches and pains. The combination of the 3 techniques that Brenna used certainly was the best massage that I had ever had for relieving tightness and pain. IF I lived closer to Mountain Cabin Massage I would certainly be a regular client. But alas, I live a bit too far away. This entire experience was exceptional.

Brenna is a miracle worker! I went to her looking for muscle spasm relief, and she was able to use her knowledge and techniques to get me feeling like a whole new person. I go back to her now for my mind and body health. She really listens to my needs and provides a really comfortable environment for pure relaxation! I recommend Mountain Cabin Massage to ANYONE no matter what age or physical shape they're in. Brenna also has the education to recommend at home stretches or exercises I can do to maintain my health in between my appointments with her.

I am so glad Brenna moved to Red Feather Lakes and opened her massage practice. I’ve been getting bodywork regularly for over 15 years and she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever gone to. She always checks for any changes before she works on you to ensure that massages will be beneficial and not exacerbate any medical condition. Her recent additions of hot stones, cupping, and essential oils not only enhances the experience, but also allows her to target specific problem areas. I look forward to continuing a great relationship with this terrific practitioner.

Brenna is a remarkable fitness instructor. Her knowledge of the anatomy of the body is amazing, which helps to her to tailor all exercises to a personal level even though it is a group class. I have done two sessions of her classes, and Brenna works will all of us to get the most out of us each session. Her exercises are different than anything I have done before which is fun and helps build camaraderie in class. We are lucky to have Brenna on the mountain sharing her talents of fitness, nutrition and relaxation. If you haven't joined a class, you must.

Brenna is a highly skilled massage therapist. Her knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy techniques is amazing. She is also master certified in NRT, an effective treatment for long term pain relief. A membership at Mountain Cabin Massage has been a huge health benefit.

Brenna does amazing massages. Her knowledge of anatomy gave me great insight to why I hurt in certain places. She takes the extra time to get to know you and addresses the areas that hurt with massage along with giving you stretches to do at home in between massages

I had the best ever massage from Brenna at mountain cabin massage in red feather lakes. She used hot stones, hot towels, and cupping. I for once in 20 years felt 0 pain. I highly recommend her for any type of issues you may have. She is professional and puts her heart in her work. You won't be sorry.
