Jeremy has done an incredible job with helping me to climb with proper body mechanics. I have been climbing for 9 years and have periodically had shoulder, bicep and elbow pain. This was a result of not properly activating my shoulders but with Jeremy's help I have been injury free and climbing my hardest. He is incredibly knowledgeable and caters treatment to exactly what you need. Would recommend!

I was having issues with my wrist and my ankle after an injury and I was recommended to go see Jeremy. My physical therapy sessions involved dry needling and deep tissue massage and Jeremy was very thorough and explained everything to me, as it was my first time with dry needling. Even after a few physical therapy sessions, I saw immediate and lasting results and was able to return to my normal activities without pain! I continued with several more sessions to complete my recovery and ensure that my pain would not return. I highly recommend Jeremy! Not only is he an expert at what he does, he is very friendly and and easy to talk to. He answered all of my (many) questions and I felt very heard and understood as a patient.

I am so glad I found Jeremy! He takes the time to understand my concerns, asked detailed questions, and actively listened to my responses. This personalized approach allowed him to tailor the treatment plan to my unique circumstances, ensuring that I received the most effective care possible. I appreciated his careful explanations of the process and the potential benefits I could expect. Jeremy also prioritized my comfort, frequently checking in on my pain levels and adjusting the treatment accordingly Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy as a dry needlist and physical therapist. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients set him apart. If you are seeking a skilled practitioner who combines dry needling with comprehensive physical therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy. He has undoubtedly made a positive impact on my ability to participate in my various hobbies without pain, and I am grateful for his outstanding care.

Jeremy is hands down the best PT you will ever go to. I found Jeremy through the climbing gym where I climb. As an athlete himself Jeremy fully understands what an injury could mean to an athlete as well as the value of having that outlet taken away by injury. He takes the time to really get to know and understand his patients so he can get you back out to doing what you love. Time is never a factor during an appointment with Jeremy, if a session needs to go over a few mins because there is a lot of work to do or progress is being made he won't rush the process because the healing is more important. Jeremy also uses a wide range of methods for treatment including dry needling, cupping(my favorite!), fascia scraping, massage and traditional adjustments. He never does a treatment someone isn't comfortable with and will happily adjust and try other methods to make sure you as the patient are comfortable and making progress towards permanent healing I was very nervous about going to a new PT after having not the best success in the past and Jeremy was the game changer! I first went to see him after a bad snowboarding accident that did a number on my knee. I wasn't sure if I would get to shred again. But day one Jeremy spent lots of time talking through everything with me including how the accident happened, what I felt, what my knee normal felt like versus post accident and then evaluating my injury in detail checking range of motion, pain, comfort levels etc. After initial evaluation he then went above and beyond to explain each step he was taking to treat the injury and why, which got rid of any nerves I had. After a few months I was back on the slopes doing what I love but now with a lot more knowledge about my knee and how I could protect it. I recommend Jeremy to anyone and everyone whether you are an athlete or someone with chronic pain or a past injury that just never healed quite right, he is the go to choice! I can't ever thank Jeremy enough for all the time, knowledge and patience he has shared while helping me get back to doing what I love. 10/10!

Jeremy is an amazing PT! I've had chronic neck pain for about 5 or 6 years, and although I had been doing an exercise program, I still felt like my pain was lingering. I also just got into climbing, and didn't want to worsen my pain. Jeremy offered me another tool to better my health, and greatly reduced the tightness in my shoulders and neck. I left every session feeling way better! Not only were our sessions extremely productive, but Jeremy is a genuinely kind and caring individual who is easy to talk to. I'd recommend him to anyone who is struggling with injury.

I’ve been doing some post-operative rehabilitation with Jeremy for a few months now and there is no one else I’d rather have as my PT. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and concerned with the patient and is actively concerned with your recovery in a caring and educational manner. His scheduling is convenient whether you work full time, are a student, or somewhere in between. I highly recommend him because of his expertise in climbing and multiple front range activities. You will also find a great friend in the process! I recommend him to many of my friends and they’ve always had great things to say.

Bottom line, one of the best in Colorado Springs and do not hesitate to book a session. I've been a patient for 7 years; even before he started his own practice. Jeremy has treated my numerous injuries: rotator cuffs, fingers (including a major thumb injury that healed without surgery), knee and plantar fascia, neck, a severely sprained forearm/elbow, lower back, and dry needling everything possible. He is an excellent communicator and will take the time to ensure you understand the exercises before you leave the session. He truly deserves 10/5 stars and it appears many others agree.

Mountain Athletes Physical Therapy is a solo operation run by Dr. Jeremy Kastner PT, DPT. Jeremy is the best! I've had an overuse knee injury from cycling for over a decade. I've seen countless PTs and massage therapists and Jeremy is the only one who could alleviate pain and put me on the road to recovery. I highly recommend dry needling. It can be intense and uncomfortable, but Jeremy does a great job of checking in, listening, and adjusting to your tolerance level. He can also push you at times when going further will be beneficial.
