Both my dad and my daughter have had wonderful experiences at Fit for Play. Dad is 92 and has done 2 rounds of PT over 2 years plus now does personal training to keep him limber.

I can't say enough good things about my experience and outcome with Fit for Play! Everything from reception to therapy was professional and top notch. If I ever need PT in the future I will definitely go here and I recommend you do too!

Excellent PT care, from the front desk staff to the therapists. The facility is clean and bright, and everyone wears masks. Their trainers are also top notch.

After years of dealing with lower back pain, and seeing several doctors, physical therapist, and chiropractors I finally found a place that helped me end the pain and move on with my life. Jess is amazing to deal with and we really clicked, I think that is one of the reasons why it didn't work at the other places I went. I am glad they were able to help me reach my treatment goals and be able to live a pain free life.

The bulk of their business comes from physical therapy, but you can get a gym membership and personal training, too. The start is very friendly and helpful, and the equipment is in good repair. A very nice place to work out.

Great experience here. Staff was all amazing and encouraging. LINDSEY LECOMTE, DPT is awesome! She worked hard together with me to get me back to pre-injury fitness.

Last year I staggered around Washington, D.C. on a cane. Yesterday I walked 6.2 miles around town without an issue. Thank you Karlie et al
