It is hard to find professionals that would get out of their way to educate us about our body and source of pain. These ladies helped me understand why I have been in pain after my ACL surgery. I had two weeks before my ski trip and thanks to their guidance and therapy, I was able to enjoy the slopes without injuries, knowing my strengths and limitations. I've been to a few places the last 3 years. Trina is by far, the best physical therapist i have ever been to! She truly cares about her patient, she understands pain. Looks at the body as a whole! Also her co-worker is bilingual (Spanish) and she does amazing work. I highly recommend Motus Physical Therapy!

I was referred to Motus by my PCP for PT due to severe back pain. My first visit with Trina I could not stand straight and the pain I had was excruciating. Trina put together a PT regimen which among other things included dry needling (OMG highly recommend). Week by week I improved and finished the PT. Loved working with Trina so much that I have started strength training with her. Trina was warm and welcoming, encourages and supports, most important she appreciated my limitations and worked with that. I highly recommend Motus and Trina for your PT and strength training needs.

My surgeon recommended I start seeing Trina 2 days after my total knee replacement. After 2 1/2 months I can see so much progress. She’s encouraging and very professional. She explains things and coaches me in detail. I have referred her to many others and I recommend her without reservation. I am so thankful for her
