It's very clean and the staff from the reception to the therapusts are all very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of their profession. It is a pleasure to heal with people who make you feel like they care about your well being. My personal favorite is Eduardo Figueroa and Mr. Patel. Thank you guys
I went to Katherine Plassche (Occupational Therapist) at Motion after surgery on my elbow (broken bone/torn ligament) last year. Katharine was EXCELLENT. A few things I'd call out: • Super empathetic and encouraging - I was in a brace for a few months and felt a pretty down with how it inconvenienced my life/work, but each session I could tell I was making progress, Katie was awesome in identifying the small wins and encouraging me to keep going! • Clear explanations and context - Katie really knows her stuff when it comes to how small motions/exercises help recovery. She always shared the "why" before doing an exercise -- it really helped motivate me and understand how each exercise was an important part of my recovery. • Creativity and dedication -- I had a few "plateaus" in my recovery and Katie was amazing at helping to find new treatment avenues to get "unstuck". She'd seek out advice from peer OTs and come to our next session with some new options for my plan. Really, really appreciated her going the extra mile to find new, effective options for my treatment plan. • Amazing results - I'm about a year out from my surgery and just about 98% back to normal. Elbows (so I've been told by my Ortho Surgeon) are really tricky and can be tough to come back from, but so far so good. My surgeon was also super impressed by my progress/recovery. I definitely have Katie & the Motion team to thank for that! Also a huge shoutout to Michelle who coordinates all things at the Motion office -- thank you thank you!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the place is a bit of a PT Mill. You will be treated at the same time as at least two other patients even on your first visit when 1:1 time is most important. The staff do a decent job, but I have had much better experiences elsewhere. My first visit was particularly egregious when my diagnosis came from a PT-in-training who clearly didn't know what was wrong with me. The supervising PT had to step-in while juggling 3 other patients. My insurance was billed the full amount for both visits ($500+ for ~45 minutes each), of which I had to pay a substantial amount out of pocket. I will not be returning.
I’ve tried calling this business multiple times on several different days and could never seem to get anyone to answer the phone; They place you on hold for 5+ minutes making you believe someone will come on just to tell you leave you a voicemail smh🤦♀️
They are awesome people, Michelle is super nice, Ed and Eddie, are amazing, their workouts are easy to do. My husband and my daughter go there too. I love all of them.
This is the 3rd physical therapy office that I have gone to since my car accident in 2018. This is by far the best one. Not only did I get hands on massages and exercise in person, I was also given exercise daily to do at home. I started with lower back pain on a level between 8 & 9. Within the first week and for the next two weeks my pain level decreased to between 1 - 3. Most days the pain was at level 2. I continue to thank my friend who recommended this place to me. I also want to thank the staff who are kind, considerate, patient and gentle but firm.
After two years of chronic pain in my elbow, with Little, to know improvement, I began to work with Katherine. She tried different techniques that no one else had done before. In a very short period of time I began to notice significant improvements. By the end of my time with Katherine, I had fully recovered From my injury and have full use of my elbow once again. I cannot imagine where I would be without Katherine. I cannot recommend her enough.
