The staff here are amazing and treat you immediately with warmth and friendliness. Toni, at the front desk, was really patient and helpful. My physical therapist, Carmine, is such a joy and a pleasant person to be around with! He explains everything, is very informative and gentle with you. I love the special 1:1 care he provides and he listens intently. I am appreciative and grateful to find a great place to regain my strength again. I highly recommend.

It's a fantastic place. I felt at ease the first day I called to set up an appointment. Toni was really nice, professional and courteous, she helped me out with all paperwork and setting up the sessions's dates and time. The physical therapy, Chris, did an amazing job so far. I started feeling much better after two sessions. I have more sessions left but I have the feeling I'm in good hands.

I was a patient going to this facility. I was being treated for "Total Knee Replacement" surgery for my left knee. Part of the treatment includes putting a heating pad on the knee,while it is elevated and extended. Because of the operation ,there is no sensation on the skin of the knee. The heating pad was put on by the assistant and not the therapist .It was way too hot and caused a third degree burn. Didn't realize it till later that day and saw a blister form on the knee. I initially went to an urgent care center for treatment and then went to a wound care center for the next three weeks. I will not go back to this facility and never recommend it. By the way ,when I called up to cancel my appointments ,the receptionist ask "Why" I was cancelling the appointment ? I explained to her, it was because of the burn I received from the treatment.She said she was sorry and have someone from the facility call me back. As of this writing no one has reach out to me. Follow up: It finally took 24 days after the incident for a representative from Motion PT to reach out to me and that was only after this review was posted. One final word. (As of Oct.2023.) Fortunately my health insurance fully covered the expense for the treatment at the urgent care center and the expense for the treatment at the wound care center. One thing that was not covered was the prescription for a special burn cream and assorted bandages,tape,gauze etc. It wasn't much about $30.00 I have submitted receipts on October 10 to Motion PT.for reimbursement. Still waiting for a response

Priya is my physical therapist and knows exactly what treatment is needed to alleviate my pain issues. She is very thorough and methodical in her treatments. She worked on my neck/shoulder and right hip and now I'm pain free. The staff was also attentive and friendly to all patients.Highly recommend her and her team for your Rehabilitation.

Great experience! Questions answered without the feeling that I'm annoying the therapist for asking. Clean friendly atmosphere. Derek is great, kind and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone who need P/T

Very nice and clean atmospere.Staff is great.Very helpful I really feel that my PT instructor,Carmine, has my best interest in mind.Toni is so nice.. Excellent !!!!!!
