MOTION Sports Medicine - Fishkill

I’ve been coming to Motions for four weeks and I’m sure I have a long journey ahead of me, but I am so satisfied with the staff. Julie from front desk always polite with a smile when helping make appointments. Jorge my therapist is real professional and clearly cares about my needs and challenges me in a good way to continue simple exercises at home that will not hurt me. I recommend this place for anyone needing physical therapy. I know anyone by name, but I see how they all care for those they are serving and interact with each other. Real happy and professional place for sure!

This is the first time I have ever need a therapy for myself for both of my hands .This outpatient facility is outstanding! .. My whole experience has been great from the minute I walk in the Patient Service Rep Julie always greet me by my name..The vibe of the place is always friendly and happy which I believed resonates to the clients/ patients. My Occupational Therapist Jessica Simpson is excellent not only she is empathetic but also knowledgeable at what she does professionally. You don’t see that kind of service in healthcare nowadays..This place does not make you feel like a number but yet a human being who gets the care that we need to feel good every time we leave the place not only physically but emotionally. Thank you for all the staff including Beca, Jessica, the therapist assistant for always keeping us 😃 smile , and for the rest of the therapist that is always greeting us with a smile 😃 Keep up the great work!! We LOVE Ashley at Motion PT. Honestly, everyone there is so wonderful and kind, but Ashley made PT fun for my son. He looked forward to going even when we had to go multiple times per week. Ashley also worked with our hectic schedule to make sure my son was getting all the sessions he needed. We can’t say enough good things about Motion PT.

I highly recommend MOTION Sports Medicine in Fishkill. From the moment you enter the door of MOTION Sports Medicine, you know that you are going to have a positive experience! I have had OT and PT on and off through the last 16 years, mainly through Helen Hayes Rehabilitation Hospital, as both an inpatient and outpatient. Because of my experiences at HH, my OT/PT standards are very high. MOTION Sports Medicine definitely exceeded my expectations!! The entire staff was very welcoming, professional, friendly, encouraging, positive, and FUN! They all work so well together. My OT, Jessica S., and my PT, Jorge, provided knowledgeable and personalized therapy that was ABSOLUTELY comparable to the excellent care that I received at HH. Both, Jessica and Jorge evaluated my injury, as well as my complicated past history, listened to my concerns, and answered my many questions with knowledge and patience. They kept my brain and my body challenged with new and exceedingly more difficult tasks and exercises as I progressed through the program they had set for me. From Julie and Becca, Patient Reps and Advocates, to all of the therapists and staff that I met during my therapies at MOTION Sports Medicine - Ashley, Margarita, Jess R, along with my therapists, Jessica and Jorge...THANK YOU!

I injured my knee last summer, and had a lot of pain. My husband recommended that I go to the MOTION Sports Medicine - Fishkill. ( Previously he had a good recovery after hand surgery). I would like to say a special thank you for PT doctor Margarita. She worked with me very hard. Margarita helped me to manage my pain, become stronger, and improve my movement ability. All people who work at this place are very professional, responsible, and friendly. THANK YOU GUYS!

One of the best choices that I’ve made in some time. Ashley is amazing and has been so inspiring in such a short period of time. I actually make an effort to complete my assignments at home. My energy has increased which has been helpful. I look forward to increased mobility and balance.

Everyone is friendly, kind and caring. Facility is clean and well kept. Ashley is such an awesome therapist and person!

Everyone is very welcoming! My therapist Jessica is super sweet and very gentle but gets the job done! All of the staff seem to really care about their clients. When you enter the office before motion that is an orthopedic office and there was one front desk woman (short wavy hair/ older/ glasses) who was VERY RUDE AND NASTY … I did not realize they were not affiliated with motion. Thank goodness because walking into motion was like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend the fishkill location!
