My time at Motion PT Group for physical therapy has been transformative. The personalized care I received, tailored exercises, and support from the team were instrumental in my recovery. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I've achieved significant progress beyond my expectations. If you're seeking top-notch physical therapy, I highly recommend Motion PT Group.

SWETA SHAH = PT GODDESS, incomparable. I’ve been to many physical therapists in my 77 years. I usually go 1-3 times, get a printout of the exercises i should do, then do them at home. SWETA SHAH is the ONLY PT I’ve ever gone back to because of excellence. I M lucky to have found her !!!

I was not satisfied with the experience. There was no privacy at all, the evaluation was done in a large, open room with all other customers. During the exercises, I asked for some privacy, so was moved to another table in the same open room, with a curtain. But the worst part was the billing. I returned the following week for the first treatment, but first checked the bill online, and was shocked that the One visit, for a simple evaluation, was billed at over $1,000!! Outrageous, over inflated billing!! This should be under $90. My friend went elsewhere and was charged $65 per visit. I don't have insurance coverage for this. This is highway robbery!!! I made multiple attempts to get some answers as to the future bills that this company will charge, and no one could tell me anything. I even called the billing company. No transparency. I canceled all my appointments. What a rip-off! Billing $1000, for a $75 pt evaluation! I do not recommend this company!! Beware of the billing!! For shame! Bleeding people dry like this!! This is not a luxury item. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Motions Sports medicine is a great place to go for Physical Therapy. The Specialist and workers there are very helpful and pay attention to you and your needs. I love it here and would recommend Motions to friend and family. Thank you so much to the Team at Motions in Airmont! One other thing that I will suggest is that the table mats be replaced with new ones. My experience with OT Soowei Kim is phenomenal. She's the best by far. When I come there for PT, I leave there feeling great!! Your Staff at Motions are kind and considerate. They put love, patience and care into their work. Thank you so very much guys!!!

The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Charles at the front desk makes setting up appoints simple and easy. The PT staff is totally knowledgable and caring. Sveta feels like a friend as well as my therapist. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I started occupational therapy with Adrianne for a distal radius fracture and dislocated elbow 2 weeks ago.. i am no stranger to disabilities and injuries unfortunately, but can honestly say that she is the best OT therapist I have met over my 10 years of 4 different major injuries. Why ? Because not only Is she an amazingly empathetic person- she is also adaptable to specific goals . I am a very athletic person - it is my job - she understands that above all I need to be functional in things other than basic activities of daily living . She strives to improve my functionality on all levels and does not provide a cookie cutter approach like most therapists do. Adrianne works hard to create goals for me that are objective and also attainable and is receptive to my needs while creating a positive mindset for my success . This is not easy to find in a healthcare professional. I am not blown off with generic exercises that are predetermined by injury . This OT is an indispensable asset to the practice , and to me as I was so skeptical of another therapist that would tell me - you shouldn’t, or can’t do this or that .. She deserves accolades for her abilities and approach The support staff here is amazing as well .. personalities are top notch ! Thank you all

The first appointment was sort of a meet and greet at which point it was determined by the therapist that I needed my physical therapy script to be changed to an occupational therapy script. When it came time to schedule the second visit, they asked me if I could do Tuesday at 7 AM. I said that would be great but I will not be seeing my doctor until 5 PM that day so I would not have the script changed at that point. They said OK 7 AM today 1/24 the therapist and the front desk gentleman stared in grief of my arrival…they spoke for a few minutes and the gentleman returned and told me that I could not continue with therapy until I had the script changed at which point I asked him why when we had this discussion on Thursday, did we make this appointment? Neither of them had an answer so they asked me to reschedule. I’m not sure if this was a way to get an extra billable visit from my insurance or if they were both just really tired and not looking forward to working that early or if they truly did have a mental lapse and made a mistake…. Either way it would have been nice if they atleast apologized and/or offered somthing like maybe some tips on what i can do at home for pt …anything would have been better than how they left it… also i noticed they did not have much equipment there atall iv seen alot of physical therapy offices in Rockland this one happens to be closer to me but it’s definitely not up to date in appearances or presentation…
