Very welcoming, friendly place. Megan is professional , knowledgeable, patient & kind. When I needed an adjustment to my brace, she got back to me immediately & only 2 hrs later fit me into her schedule . Not that anyone wants to need PT, but the fact is many of us do. I highly recommend Motion Therapy in Norwalk.❤️

Lauren, Meagan, and all of the staff at Motion PT were wonderful! There was always a smile on their faces and you can tell they really work as a team to make their patient's have the best experience possible. Treatment is great. Connecticut billing and payment is difficult. Unable to pay bill online. Writing a check is not possible and credit card number in the us mail isn’t ok. Calling number on bill usually no one answers and leaving a message with phone number hasn’t been returned.

I had a tendon issue which required 8 weeks of PT and I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Malcolm, Christina & Jorge just to name a few and the amazing ladies on reception - everyone made each visit enjoyable. Thank you all !!
