Had a great experience there a year and a half ago, but just called for my son and was told they couldn't get him in for an eval for three months. THREE MONTHS? Can't an injury heal itself the wrong way in that amount of time (or possibly get worse)? I understand you're overbooked, but why not just say you're not accepting new patients at this time, perhaps suggest another physical therapist? Seems the more professional position to take.
Tried to get into PT due to location but never received a call back for 4 weeks! Filled out request online at Ivy PT in Poughkeepsie and got in the same week
Megan and the staff at Motion in Fishkill are top notch !!! Professional, knowledgeable and motivating ! Never a wait or an issue just great info and a realistic workout !!
