The young lady that assist me with my workout (Jan) is friendly ,patient, & she always have a smile on her face . She greets everyone that comes in by name & her big smile. All the staff that's at the facility now are all friendly. No problem with scheduling appointments or cancelations.

Avoid avoid avoid! They never answer the phone or return calls, and they're unable to set up a simple appointment. Even if you get an appointment, since they don't answer the phone you will not be able to get the care you need. I received a referral through my insurance to this location for physical therapy in June, so I called and spoke to a human being -- little did I know how unusual that is. She said that she would call me back later that day or the next day to schedule the appointment, since they needed to confirm with the insurance company. That's fine. But three days later I still hadn't heard back. Begin the cycle of me calling, not getting to a human being, leaving a clear message, not hearing back for several days, and repeat. For WEEKS. I called more often than I left messages, sometimes nearly every day, but I left at least two messages a week. Called again this morning and again didn't get a person. Hung up and called my insurance company to report this location's inability to answer the phone or return calls or set up an appointment. The insurance company is putting in a change so I will receive a referral to a new facility. Hopefully the insurance company terminates its contract with this location so no one else who needs physical therapy has to deal with them again. I am in pain and I need physical therapy, and they received the contract for my treatment and they get paid for it, so this kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you enjoy endless one-way phone tag then this place is for you, but if you need physical therapy then go anywhere else.

This is hands down one of if not THE WORST places to try and make an appointment with. I reached out multiple times over multiple days via call and text. They say to TEXT to get a faster response- however they do not respond. Once I finally was able to get in contact with someone to make an appointment it was two months out- I called one week prior to my appointment to ask if I needed to arrive early for paperwork only to be told I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They then said they’d reach out the following day after “investigating”- SHOCKER they never did! I had to call 4 times and text multiple to reach someone, to again be told “so sad too bad” they were fully booked and could give me an appointment A MONTH OUT. This place is an absolute joke. If you get a referral here call you Dr and ask to be placed somewhere else. If they can’t keep track of something as simple as an appointment what else will they mess up? 0/5 would absolutely never trust this place with medical needs.

OMG, I went to this facility today, for my fractured ankle, past Surgery, the heating pad was placed on my thigh....Wow! Next before leaving I asked Ginger for TP for the ladies restroom.....there were None , The Ladies restroom should always be stocked with TP....Right,? ..How Filthy and NASTY was that....Also a guy 👦 coming out of the restroom, Ginger stated he's coming out What decent Woman want to use the restroom behind a man in the men's restoom.....I'm in total 😲 Shock

Motion Plus is a very good pt place. Jan helped me a lot. Such good staff this place deserve 5 stars.

I think all the bad reviews are related to a backed up phone log due to too many new patients wanting to get in here. All the Doctors, Therapists & Front office staff here are incredibly attentive and lovely. My Dr referred me here and the process of getting scheduled was simple, I called during the Holidays and had to call to follow up but other than that once you’re past that back log it’s smooth sailing. I’ve never been to a PT place with such positive and happy energy, it really helps with the healing to know the crew here enjoys their work & who they’re working with from the staff camaraderie to all the other patients in the gym. It also helps with motivating you to want to make your appointments, always a pleasant atmosphere and I leave smiling after each visit. Kudos to Dr. JR, Zen, Laday, Beverly, Jen, and everyone else here who makes this place so great. Thanks for everything you do to heal us!

WORST PLACE EVER! If a had the choice to give ZERO stars I would! Unprofessional, Incompetent and rude people.(Short blonde hair woman & Long black hair woman) Also place looks dirty & smells disgusting, personnel is not capable to deal with the basic issues and don’t expect a call back to make an appointment or any kind of information!!! They don’t want to be there.. they don’t want the job!!! This people should be fired! OR working at the ZOO with animals.. not people .. if lucky! Please get new professional personnel!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I have never dealt with less professional staff! Over the last week I have left about 50 messages sent 10 text messages and have been promised my calls back. I have had zero calls back. It discusts me how bad this company is. looks like I will have no physical therapy on my broken elbow.
