My private session with Christine was deeply relaxing and restorative and helped my body feel more whole and connected. I had been having low back pain and some neck mobility issues and she helped facilitate mobility in my ribs so that I could turn my body with more ease. I wish I could have had more private sessions with Christine but luckily I was able to follow up with her online Healthy Back series, which helped me go deeper into rotating and flexing without so much unnecessary effort, and moving in ways that feel much more supportive and less habitual or taxing. Christine's experience as a dancer clearly informs her practice, and she magically identifies areas of pain, stress or habitual movement in bodies.

Christine has such a passion on knowing how the body works. Her practice makes you appreciate and opens up self awareness of your own body that one has never thought of. It is self care at a different level that one can do for themselves. I learn about my appreciation of my body difference and how to move it with ease without guilt or resentment. I feel that I am now able to find solutions for my body comfort without causing misalignment. Her voice is also comforting to hear, which helps being kind to your body.

I have really enjoyed studying with Christine in her Feldenkrais classes. She is a very knowledgeable teacher bringing in her many other experiences as a professional dancer, performer and a movement educator as well. It is a blessing to work with someone who has such a multilayered and profound connection to the body and pedagogy. I think anyone who like me has a complex relationship with their body, for instance from sustaining many injuries as a dancer and ignoring most of it when being young, can benefit from a gentle and precise Feldenkrais approach offered by Christine in her classes. Delving into learning about your body, healthier and more efficient ways of moving and being, and rewiring your neuropathways takes time and commitment, but that can benefit you for life.

Christine's technique is just esquisite. I've never experience a session quite like this before. Her dance background makes it very easy for her to relate to our reality (I used to dance myself) She is in the non judgment and helps us physiclally but mentally as well. Healing is a process and Motion Exploration is the way to go.
