Moreau Physical Therapy - I-49 South Service Rd

Very rude and unprofessional front office and billing department. They actually told my wife they call the insurance to validate claims as a 1 time COURTESY...as if we aren't the customers here....If my son didn't like his actual therapist so much, I wouldn't drop another dime in this place. Do yourself a favor and go to Lafleur physical therapy right next door. Very accommodating and KIND staff from the desk clerk to the therapist. They focus on you getting well...not their pockets 1st..

I went here in 2019 after a knee replacement. They were very helpful and courteous. They put me on a plan and left me to complete my rounds by myself. I prefer this, so it was perfect for me. The price was very affordable. They scheduled me weekly. I plan on returning this year after I replace my other knee.

It was awful! Took more than 1 1/2 weeks to assist them in getting the doctor's orders. Once there, it was no organization, people just standing around, person with 2o'clock appointment was being seen about before 1:30 appointment. They only received one star because necessary to give comments. We don't have socialized medicine yet, but that is what it felt like.

I have had lymphodemia in my left arm (due to breast cancer ,I have had this condition for 11 years, I have a lymphodemia sleeve that has successfully removed the fluid from my arm ,until I got cellulitis in that arm ( the fluid built up so rapidly that the sleeve and strong antibiotics could not remove the infected fluid, l went to Moreau occupational therapy. Scott the lymphodemia therapist massaged the fluid out of my arm it took several visits and wraps but it worked and there is no more infection in my arm, the facility was clean, bright and the personnel were friendly I would recommend this facility to anyone ,l was pleased with the treatment I recieved
