Patient experiences
Not really thrilled by their condescending attitude toward parents and their assumptions that we are not doing even the bare minimum at home to encourage speech. The baby talk to children they're instructing is also proven to delay proper speech... And I'm not in love with the office staff audibly gossiping about clients and betting on whether they'll bail on appointments.
These guys are amazing! Christina and her team took me under their wing this weekend while at PPS. I have been struggling with a few pain points with my own private practice physical therapy clinic in KC and they took time to invest incredible wisdom and advice. If they are willing to do this for a complete stranger, I can't imagine what they are willing to do for YOU! You are lucky to have these guys in your community. I wish you and them all the best.
