MORE Physical Therapy

In terms of business practices, I have to give one star. It is California law that consumers have the right to direct access with a physical therapist without physician referral but I was turned away when I requested direct access. This is an outdated an unnecessary policy for this business.

Pirou was a great physical therapist who solved my obscure problem swiftly and professionally with the correct exercises. She knows her stuff!

The physical therapists are good, but the management is quite chaotic. I’ve struggled with getting my medical records to move to another place! Not serious

The PTs are great and very competent and the staff is very friendly too.
