MORE Physical Therapy, Inc

After my lumbar fusion surgery, my surgeon recommended aquatic physical therapy. MORE (this location) is one of the few aquatic physical therapy locations in the Bay Area. Before I called them and made arrangements, I was kind of concerned about the bad review. But my experiences so far has been nothing but outstanding, the two physical therapists specializing aquatic works (Hillary and Amy) are top notch, caring and extremely patient. Their MORE support staffs are also very professional, polite. The regular physical therapists are also outstanding. The facility is a bit small and located inside the gym. Regardless, I am so happy I came here for my rehabilitation and highly recommend them.

There are a number of locations for this chain. This rating is for the one in the Forma Gym. They helpers there are rude and not able to help at all. They have no interest in you as they are being paid by the insurance company so you are only a thing to do the minimum with then get back to chatting behind the computer. They are not "associated" with the gym, this means you have to log into the gym before going back there then log in with them when you get into the closet they call a room. The Physical Therapist seems ok but is only there PART TIME! The rest is run by the kid assistants who are more interested in putting in their time then any patient. No adult supervision. So, for the Blossom Valley 'clinic' inside the Forma gym. Well just dont!
