I took my 82 year old mom to More physical therapy at 800 embeded way (inside club sport) in San Jose. I've taken her to multiple physical therapy sessions in the bay area on and off over the past 25 years and I have to say this one was best by far. The physical therapist, Ashwini Velankar is simply outstanding. She is knowledgeable, Patient, kind and could communicate really well with my aged mother who felt so comfortable with her. The facility is clean and looks very nice. The support staff were very friendly. Simply great!

If you are looking for the best! You found it!!! More Therapy! I’m an Occupational Therapist and highly recommend More Therapy. I suffered a torn bicep and rotator cuff. After almost a year of pain, immobility and going to other therapists I found More Therapy. All the therapists are amazing! Gary is next level with the best up to date techniques and exercises! He worked to release restrictions that made even the smallest movement impossible for me! Gary not only relieved pain, after each session I could move more! I received the best exercises, care, scar and tissue release. I’m on my way to 100% recovery!!!! Thank You Gary!!! And More Therapy! The Best!!!

Among all PTs I’ve gone in San Jose, MORE PT in Club Sport on Embedded way was the best.Thanks to Ashwini Velakar and her friendly team. Ashwini Velakar not only works with her expertise, but more important with her caring mind about your pain. Her team work, Andrew, Angeli, Lissa & ….. are polite, friendly and caring too. 👍🏻

I made seveal visits yet have had issues with them with surprise charges. I asked them if my insurances covers the therapy sessions and the receptions said yes. First few visits I ask if I had any bills or copay. The receptionist said no. I get the original invoice and it said I owed nothing. Then a month later they re-adjusted balance and billing. Now I owe 472 dollars for five visits? Had I known my insurance did not 100% cover the therapy sessions, I would have consulted my primary doctor to find a better therapy office. They did not tell me my insurance wasn't going to cover the sessions completely. This violates the No Surpises act enacted in 2022. It really upsets me that months later they decide to bill me instead of be upfront with the coverage and billing. I would have never had gone to a single session if they were truthfull about not being covered completely. I cannot afford the bill and now they are threatening to send the bill to a collection agency. I would not trust them especially the receptionist. He doesn't seem to give correct information which causes issues to both the office and its patients.

When my dad had his complete hip replacement, we needed a place for therapy. We were referred by an acquaintance to come to this location. There were many other locations close to home, but this place came with a referral. It was a decent drive to get there. But.... Nothing but praises! Had my dad working hard, and walking in no time. They would go out of their way to make sure he was treated with respect and ensure he got what he needed! Everyone from Daisy at the front desk to Ashwini, Brian, Casey (alphabetical order) were phenomenal! Would go back in a heartbeat if we ever needed to.

I love this place. More physical therapy is the best. I went too ebbeded way in San jose. my therapist was Ashwini. She is very kind and gentle.. just to many ( one more) and ( one more time)., Lol. I will say this after 5 months I'm able to go back to work early because of all the ( one more time) phrases. Lol. Thank you Ashwini, and the team there is asmome. Also thank you to daisey the receptionist who can work with your schedule.. if I have to go back, this WILL be my place. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS IN JESUS MANE AMEN. JOSE

Casey Olsen is the best physical therapist ever . He is so educated and knowledgeable . His staff are awesome and very nice . A great positive environment to heal in .

This is one of the best gyms they just renovated downstairs so there's a cafe now with free wifi you can catch-up some work. I loved my PT Ashwini she's so knowledgeable and kind, highly recommend More PT.
