The people there are very nice, but the set up is not helpful. Often, a different therapist at each visit, and appointments sometimes cancelled. It is far to corporate-led rather than care-led.

My second week of therapy, due to knee surgery, I had appointments scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday both of which were cancelled due to therapist being out of office. There was no other therapist to take over. I was not happy and cancelled all other set appointments.
Great staff, they really care about getting you back to living your life and recovering.
