They did not tell me about the amount they are going to charge and how much my insurance will be covering, in my second visit they asked me if I’m settling the co-payment now or later , I was shocked to see the bill And asked if that’s all my insurance was covering ,they said yes and later I paid and didn’t go there again, months later I received a surprising bill ,I called the billing department they said the insurance covers only up to certain Limit. If they had giving all the information about the payments in my first visit I wouldn’t have considered taking up the service. Please give your client as much as information about the amount you are going to charge ,not everyone can afford and it was too expensive for me !

I would think twice about using this office while they have in charge an inept office manager that is totally incompetent and on top has a lousy attitude.

Great people who helped me recover from two bulging disc and facet joint injury. Would recommend to anyone.
