The Physical Therapist Ashley is ignorant of basic treatment modality. The exercise she gave aggravated and increased the pain. She should be more focused on the patients problem! Was preoccupied during the appointment looking at the time. Trying to get a more experienced PT.

Within about a month my physical therapist, Shital, made sure I would go from functional (i.e., able to walk and do stuff inside the house, take short walks etc) to completely crippled, bedridden, have completely swollen body parts and have immense pain with her excessively rough treatment and exercises. It is the PT's job to understand the condition the patient is suffering from and make sure to not give them exercises or do passive treatments that will completely aggravate their conditions and leave them so utterly disabled. It is also the PT's job to listen to their patients and their complaints and adjust based on the feedback. Shital absolutely does not listen to the patient and continues trying to break your back and ensure you'll be permanently disabled no matter how much you tell her what she's doing hurts. At this location, the PT also spends super limited 1-on-1 time with the patient and just let's the noob assistants deal with the rest (which might be a blessing given Shital's incompetence levels). I would refrain from this place and Shital at all cost.

I'm signed on as my husband but I can't thank the MORE staff enough...especially my P/T Lauren. She's outstanding, thorough and professional and I look forward to coming in to have my shoulder worked on by her. The aids are really awesome...especially Lanz, MacKenzie, Aylssa & Mark. They are helpful and always greet me when I arrive. They're hardworking and deserve a nice raise! Thank you to all the staff who are working hard to make my shoulder good as new! Much appreciated! The best physical therapy I've ever had and, I've had quite a few! Special thanks to Lauren, my physical therapist, for all you did for me and my shoulder. The Aides MacKenzie, Lanz, Alyssa, Mark and Tiffany are, by far, the best! They make a great effort to know everyone and they've taken the best care of me.
