Montgomery Health and Rehab

I have been asking for mother to get a different. Her roommate yells and cries all the time. This has caused major depression. Also no ne calls me back. We live in ga and unable to see her often. Her daughter told us she has a fugus on her feet. As her sponsor they should have notifed us. Communication does not matter to them will be moving her, bit waiting lists are long. I will be calling the patient advocate and health department.

My daughter was sent here for physical rehab after a near fatal car accident. The staff involved in her actual physical therapy seem to be a good professional group of people. However, the remaining staff are not what I would call professional or even caring. My daughter has had to call me and ask me to please call someone to come to her room. She said that when she pushes the call button she is either. Ignored or is told that someone will be there when they finish their break. My daughter was pretty much bedridden and could not get out of bed alone much less use the bathroom without assistance. This facility is not one you would want to send a lived one to. This place smells horrible, patient needs are ignored, and there is seldom any staff anywhere in view after 6:00 pm.

Worst place ever. If there was a -0, I wouldn't give them that. My mom had poor care and now back in the hospital. Still waiting for the administrator to call me back since 8:30 am and he hasn't called me. Understaffed..two if that many nurses on the floor, the nutritionist or even the nurses haven't notified me that she hasn't eaten, turned her air conditioner off twice in her room so it was hot in her room and was not able to turn on her back, she tried to get help but noone checks on her, left her in the day room for two hours without being checked on. I was in her room for an hour and not one nurse came and checked on her. Can't use the excuse of a full facility because there were at most 4 or 5 patients in the rehab section. There were beds closer to the front, but she was placed in the back and around the corner. She was there for rehab but instead is back in the hospital. The rehab nurse couldn't tell if she was bleeding from her nose first or her mouth. How is that possible? The rehab tech was there..or were they? DON'T TAKR YOUR LOVED ONE'S THERE. I have enormous guilt because I did just that.

My grandmother just got discharged from the rehab side. The pt and ot department is excellent they are good at what they do. Speech therapist was good as well. Nurse lynette was very good and patient. The techs do ok and they are under staffed . The staff they have appear to be slow at times. Nurse Margaret need a attitude check!. This is like the third place that my girlfriend's mom has been and the only place where she's not been mistreated so that's a five stars in my book. After seeing the horrible Care at Hillcrest on the other side of town and the Montgomery Recovery Center, I'm very happy that she finally got the care that she needed.

They are really unprofessional there they need to be closed down that place not good for any seniors are disabled person are elderly person.

They steal lazy and they all should be fired .
