Dr. Kristina is amazing! Not only did she adjust me (I have chronic lower back pain), but she used ART and other techniques to help with muscle pain. She is professional and her office staff is friendly. I've been to both her Monterey and new Carmel offices, great location options.

Both my wife and I have been seeing Drs. Christopher and Kristina for the past several months and have found them to be professional, caring and excellent chiropractors. They take care to assess what is going on, make effective adjustments and ensure your comfort. We've been to several chiropractors in the area and Montellese was the best by far.

Dr. Chris Montellese is fabulous. Both my wife and I are patients and he is a great listener and sensitive to our individual needs. Nothing cookie cutter about him. Takes his time w each patient. Never either of us have felt rushed. He’s a keeper!!

I saw Dr. Chris in 2018 for a low back injury and he was fantastic. I saw 2 of the other doctors in the office due to scheduling conflicts and they were equally as great. Really nice office staff and very professional, competent chiropractors. They handled everything with the insurance company and provide thorough treatment. I highly recommend this office and I had a very good experience with them.

Dr. Kristina is amazing always so happy and full of smiles. not only do I feel great after her adjustments but she also has a ton of wisdom on all sorts of things like ways to help a hiatal hernia. Also the office staff is super friendly.

I start seeing dr Christopher Montellese last year 2019 January , and after a couple visit he told the cause of all my pain was my hip at that time I couldn’t walk right or bend down And I have awful pain ... he recommend me to a specialist in the Bay Area and in May 19 I had my first surgery left hip and On July 19 the right hip . It was very difficult painful recovery ,but I want to say without the help and dedication of dr Christopher it would be impossible !!! He help me in so many level that I can’t explained to you all and to Thank him is like not enough ... and It is very emotional to me ! I could’t put my socks on ,lift my leg up Etc after weekly been adjusted massage and emotional help from dr Chris ,I can do this things and more ...I Thank you dr Chris for your dedication as a great doctor that you are and a wonderful human being ! Chris is the best. I had horrible hip pain from years from of jiu jitsu. I was crippled by the pain. After seeing Chris I was pain free and started training after a couple of months !
