Monarch Kids Therapy

If I could rate this place with more than 5 stars, I 100% would. Both of my children have been seen my multiple of the ladies at Monarch for almost 2 years. My daughter was seen for feeding therapy with Vanessa and occupational therapy with Gina and Rachel. They not only care about the children but they inform the parents in ways that you understand instead of being unsure of what is being said with all the big professional terms and descriptions. My son started seeing Shari very early on at 4 months old due to a tongue and lip tie and doctors wanted to put him on a GI Tube due to not gaining weight. Shari helped me advocate and get him his tie releases and he gained weight almost immediately. She helped us with BLW and eventually we were released, and not too much longer later, we were being seen by Vanessa again for speech delays. The difference in both of my children in a matter of weeks was crazy and everyone saw it. I have now moved out of state and the ladies were willing to give me tips and tricks and tools to help both kids with the move across the country and things to help before insurance kicked in and I could get them into therapy in Massachusetts. The communication and the company in the office was always warm and welcoming. And if I could choose to have my kids there until they graduated, they so would’ve been. I haven’t felt so heard and listened to before coming here. Even now I still email them updates and videos of both kids improvements and achievements because they watched them grow up. They weren’t only our therapist, they grew into our friends and I’m so thankful for choosing Monarch when I did.

Highly recommend monarch kids therapy! We’ve had the pleasure of working with monarch for a year now and can’t say enough good things about the staff. Davis at the front desk is absolutely amazing, she’s incredibly helpful and so sweet. You can tell she really cares about all the kids that come through the door. My son has had soooo much progress in his speech since working with Vanessa. She’s super knowledgeable and really involves the parents in the child’s treatment. We added OT with Rachel a few months ago and have already seen great progress! Rachel is very talented and sweet. We are moving this summer and so sad to be leaving such an incredible place. Thank you Monarch for changing my son’s life.

Working with Shari at Monarch was a game changer for our 11 month old. Shari took our son from not being able to eat solids without choking & vomiting to eating everything, even crunchy things! Of all the prior specialists at other groups we saw, Shari at Monarch was the only one who identified the problem and solved it. Shari is absolutely spectacular and an expert with both feeding and speech challenges. She was so gentle and kind with our son and he was extremely comfortable with her. Monarch truly employs the most knowledgeable people and they felt like family to us! I highly recommend this wonderful group of people for any OT, feeding, breast-feeding or speech challenges. My daughter started here in 2021 and it was the best experience I could have asked for. My daughter fell in love with everyone. Miss Gina, Miss Elynn, Miss Vanessa, Miss Serli, Miss Janelle, Miss Clair, Miss Meagan, and Miss Davis. The entire staff was wonderful. So patient, professional, flexible, and they really do care. If not for my retirement from active duty, we would have stayed with them, but our original home is actually across country. My daughter has level 3 ASD and was seen for Speech, Feeding, and OT. She had improved so dramatically with their help and she had such fun there that every time we had an appointment, she would lead the way to the car, she was always so excited to be there. She went from not wanting to hold her own spoon, not responding to her name, and having a weak core, a year later, and she feeds herself, she looks up when I say her name, and just the other day she was able to pull herself up onto a tree stump that was almost as tall as her, using her core strength. If I could add more stars to this review I would. I will recommend Monarch to any family looking for quality services for their kids, always.

I cannot even begin to express our gratitude for Gina and Serli's skills and ability. They helped our son finally gain emotional stability and maturity that i would not thought was possible a few months ago. They are thoughtful and meticulous with the goals they set, but also met my son with such love and kindness. I honestly don't know where we would be as a family without them! So yes, I would recommend them to anyone who feels their child needs some extra help either behaviorally or physically.

We enrolled our child with Monarch to help with his coordination and development. At first I was skeptical about the process but after the time that we spent working with the staff at Monarch, he had improved leaps and bounds not only in coordination and strength, but also in his confidence. The therapists were beyond patient with my child but so incredibly helpful with his development. His initial areas for improvement are now far beyond those of a typical child and his ability to communicate what he's thinking and feeling are better than most adults and both of those skills are a direct reflection of the time and effort of the therapists at Monarch. Cannot recommend (or thank) them enough.

Long story short, I’d give 10 stars if I could. If you need OT or speech therapy for your kids, Monarch is the place to go! Every single member of the Monarch Kids Therapy team is absolutely amazing! Our four-year-old son first started going to Monarch because I suspected he was having some sensory processing difficulties. Gina and Serli are so knowledgeable and skilled and have always gone the extra mile and taken the time to explain everything to both my husband and I. Our son was taking 45+ minutes to go to bed and waking up every night for 1-2 hours at around 2am, among other things. We were exhausted and at our wits end. Within a few sessions, he was sleeping through the night once more and in the past 8 weeks has gone from completely refusing to wear anything but soft shorts (like basketball shorts) to wearing jeans and other pants again! Our son has grown so much in the past few weeks - we are still shocked at how fast he’s improved. Gina and Serli have been absolute saviors. I don’t know where we’d be now without them. They have been so helpful and are absolutely amazing at what they do! As a bonus, they’re VERY COVID conscious and have lots of precautions in place to ensure the safety of all of their patients. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Gina is amazing! She is very caring, thoughtful, and skilled. She tailored her plan of care to what my child needed. This is a wonderful place. Well organized and good communication.
