I have been going to sessions with Andrew and have found great relief of the tight muscle pain and spasms I've had since forever. I haven't had a Fibromyalgia flare up in a few months now! Amazing!!! I feel like I've found the missing link in my health-care team here at Monadnock Myofascial Release

Molly and her staff are committed to being with each client to promote their healing, happiness and growth. I've gained a tremendous respect for the body and the ability to release held traumas and bocked energy. Where traditional medicine gave me no hope MMFR has allowed me to heal, feel good, and engage in activities I love while restoring my energy and nurturing my spiritual path. Self care classes are accessible and affordable. This place rocks!

I was referred to Monadnock Myofascial Release in April 2023 for chronic neck, back and arm pain. Aryana has been absolutely amazing with helping work on my pain, providing me with help stretches and learned how to kt tape my ankle to deal with my EDS. She has made my treatments so enjoyed I look forward to them each week and as a working mom I usually feel guilty taking care of myself. This has been such a positive change for my physical and mental health!

I've only been to MMR twice, but I was amazed after the 1st visit. Now? I can't wait for my next session. I've experienced plenty of hands-on healing modalities previously. The wonderful difference here was being taught and shown how I can feel better by doing totally new stretching regimens on my own. The folks at MMR are genuinely eager to help others feel better with one's own hands. Of course, their hands are wiser, stronger, and Aryana's have super powers!

I started going to Monadnock Myofascial Release in April, 2021 at the recommendation of a friend. I was experiencing long term stiffness and pain in my shoulders and hips. I had stopped doing the physical activities I previously enjoyed due to the pain, my balance was horrible and I was concerned about my declining mobility. Working with therapist Chris Persson, through the in-office treatments and doing the stretches at home that he recommended, I felt relief from my symptoms quickly. I experienced continued improvement over the following 6 months while working with Monadnock Myofascial and was released with the recommendation to continue my at home stretching routine. Today, 2 and a half years later, I continue the stretches that Chris recommended and I am living an active, comfortable life. I hike and stretch daily. I continue to seek the services of Monadnock Myofascial if the pain starts to return and I am quickly back on track. I am very grateful that I have learned to dedicate my time and effort to the self care required to live the lifestyle that allows me to enjoy the natural world around me.

I am grateful to have discovered this wonderful therapy practice & to learn about the Myofascial terrain. All my life I had been led to understand that to heal one had to go thru pain first. Not so with Myofascial Release. MMFR is friendly, clean, professional & welcoming. You owe it to yourself to check it out & become a believer.

Cara and Molly are both extremely talented therapists. They listen so carefully to what you have to say and then offer gentle guidance and healing technique. They have a healing touch that is even better than a massage if you're dealing with a specific type of pain or trauma to your body.

Intuitive and caring professional therapists work here. I've since moved 100 miles away, but have contemplated driving back for treatment because I have not had luck finding a comparative alternate Myofascia therapy where I now reside.
