Momentum Physical Therapy

I just finished 3 months of physical therapy with Momentum at City Base. The team is just wonderful. I have had a lot of PT. What was different about this experience is the frequent checking in with me, as I did the exercises, as to my pain level. If I was hurting beyond normal fatigue, the therapist stopped me, re-assessed, and had me do the exercise differently. I felt completely supported with my new knee issues and my chronic low back pain. My only concern is that it is hard for the physical therapist (Diane) to supervise her PT assistants and interns while she is treating a patient herself. The occasional consequence was my doing the exercises wrong. I eventually got the correction but it could take awhile. There is only one of Diane and when she is doing an intake assessment she really should not be interrupted. However, she is cheerful and helpful anytime she is asked, showing her flexibility.

Great experience working with Diane and Miranda. They really worked with me to improve my left shoulders range of motion and strengthen my torn rotator cup.

Came in for severe back and neck pain, therapist gave me an initial assessment and therapy plan was very pleased with the outcome, staff was very people friendly and knew the proper procedures to put in place, would highly recommend

Exceptional staff and facility. The physical therapist and technicians were extremely professional, considerate and attentive could not have had a better experience with my rehabilitation.

I have used this rehab facility twice. Once after hip surgery and the second time before and after back surgery. The staff is friendly and professional from the front desk to the techs. The therapists, Diane and Miranda, are exceptional. I am amazed how much better I am and how much better my life is with the care and guidance I received. Staff is awesome. Everyone is very helpful and understanding . I would definitely recommend Momentum physical therapy.

The therapist Juan and Diane are just awesome, I have been a patient of both of theirs. They have always been so friendly and courteous to everyone. They are always checking on your comfort level. Carlos and the other staff members at the brook city base office have always been so friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are a person and not just a patient. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.
