Momentum Physical Therapy

The staff there were all very friendly and accommodating. I worked specifically with Alex, he was very personable, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain why we were doing different exercises and made sure I understood the at-home movements. With his help I was able to make significant strides, reduce pain, increase range of motion, and build strength. Becky at the front desk was lovely to interact with on each visit and very helpful with scheduling. I would recommend them to anyone and would return there if I needed OT again.

I had total knee replacement surgery and I was in severe pain. The therapists at Momentum quickly alleviated and controlled my pain level. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I looked forward to seeing them every time I was scheduled.I highly recommend them to anyone in distress.

Caitlin Collins and her staff are great. They followed Dr. Antonio Webb, my spine Surgeon’s Physical Therapy plan. I made all my sessions and got physically better after each session. They told me to be patient and that I will eventually get better after my L5& S1 spine surgery. The momentum physical therapy clinic did a wonderful explaining the Physical therapy exercises and documented each and every time I went. I definitely recommended two other patients

I am so grateful to the entire team that worked with me at Momentum Physical Therapy. First of all, I’d like to thank Becky the office manager who has a myriad of duties and also works tirelessly at scheduling all the appointments for the Physical Therapists at the practice, as well as confirming them. Becky was so kind and patient with all the schedule changes I had to make; she works diligently and keeps the practice running like a Swiss watch, but with a great smile and terrific sense of humor – Becky will welcome you every time you arrive for your session by name and with a great big smile while she happily announces that she has checked you in, thank you so much Becky! I am in awe at the level of skill and professional development of the Physical Therapists at the facility. They have Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy which requires years of dedication and study. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to Dani, who is incredibly bright and talented as well as completely devoted to every single one of her patients’ complete recovery to their individual fullest potential. What she was able to accomplish with me – while recovering from several old injuries that had never been properly addressed and a PRP knee injection is truly miraculous. I will tell you that you have to put in the work – it’s a team effort, but if you do what your Physical Therapist tells you to do and commit to your at-home exercises you will make an amazing recovery or at least to the best of your potential. Thank you so much Dani – you are truly so gifted and brilliant at your profession it is amazing – I am forever in your debt. If I ever need physical therapy again – I know exactly where to go for my best possible recovery. I can’t possibly end this without also thanking Hayden and Steve who work with Dani and the other extremely talented Physical Therapists at the facility. They are both Physical Therapy techs as well as Physical Therapy students, they also contributed greatly to my recovery – making sure I knew how to do my exercises properly, had whatever props I needed, set up my equipment – they are both tremendous assets to Dani and keep things moving very swiftly for all of the Physical Therapists at the Evans Road location – thank you very much gentlemen!

My overall experience was great. My therapist Daniela is very knowledgeable about her work, thanks to Momentum Physical Therapy I am feeling much better today. Everyone there including front desk associates is very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Staff was awesome every single time☺️ Ms. Becky (receptionist)always greeted me with a smile. Ms. Kayla(PT) took very good care of me. John, Mike, and the rest of the staff are/is the greatest. Thank you so much☺️

Huge thanks to Katie for helping me with my shoulder issues. I was able to go rock climbing yesterday for the first time in 7 months and had absolutely no pain! Katie was great at listening to what movements still caused me issues as I discovered them and adapted my exercises to improve those areas. The other staff members are also very friendly!

I had a great experience there everyone was so kind and the physical therapists are very well trained and knowledgable my strength and balance have improved over the weeks i have been there thank you Dani for all of the one on ones with me i would highly recommend Momentum Physical Therapy
