Momentum Physical Therapy

This place and the people are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is great, the people who work there really care about the patients. They work with you every step of the way. They also have a great wellness program that allows you to still work with them even after being discharged. Overall never a bad experience and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to the entire Momentum team. On my initial visit I could barely walk due to a lateral meniscus tear and osteoarthritis in my knee due from a previous injury and surgical repair. We discussed my goals and they put together an aggressive plan that now has me running, jumping and cutting pain free with playing basketball again in my near future. Thank you again Cole, Nick, Sonia, Keri, Peyton and Candice.

Recently moved to area and needed to find therapist to help with balance issues. I was very excited after I searched reviews and discovered Momentum PT. Staff were extremely attentive and provided encouragement and 1-1 help throughout therapy. In addition they offered great tips to help once I was discharged from therapy. I also discovered “needling” while at Momentum and found licensed and trained therapist which were greatly helpful in removing uncomfortable knots and sore spots around my neck and shoulder area. I had a stroke on April the second. I was having physical therapy at home but it wasn't enough. So my doctor wanted me to go to one of the best physical therapy place. The people are very friendly and they motivate you to do your best. I really appreciate all that they have done for me.
