After having multilevel cervical neck fusion surgery, I went to Momentum Physical therapy and from day one everyone was A+. Cody Moos at the Boerne location was excellent. He was very attentive, professional and top notch. He gave me exercises at the facility and homework to strengthen and improve my neck movement. If you need PT help, this is the place to go. Will recommend to all that needs help. Thanks again.👍👍👍👍👍

Cole H is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He has an ability to relate and converse with clients both young and older from all walks of life that makes people feel comfortable. When we walk through the door Cole always greets my daughter by name and asks how she is doing. He explains everything she is doing in detail and welcomes and answers her and my questions.

I worked with Andrew for two months, and he really helped me strengthen my knee following a torn meniscus. He was easy to understand, respectful, and flexible with his schedule. When I had to head out of town for a few weeks, he gave me exercises I could do at home. Mackenzie and Ben are very friendly and take great pains to keep the place clean and ready for the next patient. I couldn’t recommend this Momentum location more.

Cole, My physical therapist and his assistant and office Mgr- Mackenzie were so helpful and great to work with for the 4 months I was in therapy. I appreciate their patience and teaching me stretches I can use at home. Thanks again

This is the second time that went through physical therapy at Momentum Physical Therapy in Boerne now and each time the results were excellent. Sometimes I don't understand the reasoning for some of the exercises, but I can't argue with the results; very positive. They work with you to accommodate your schedule provide reminders to help you remember your appointments, which were very useful for me.

Cole and the staff at the boerne location were totally awesome . I really didn't think I needed to go at first but Cole assured me I was doing the right thing . He was totally right and he was friendly and very helpful at every appointment. Glad to went and would strongly recommend them to anyone !!

I have gone to P.T. at Momentum in Boerne twice, once for back pain & once for knee pain. I felt uncomfortable during my initial evaluation because it was done with no privacy what so ever out in the open area where everyone can hear everything being discussed including medication, problem list, surgical history, etc. I soon realized the difference between a small town(Boerne) and larger town(San Antonio) atmosphere when it came to attitudes about personal privacy. I’d been to P.T. previously in SA and the eval was handled very differently in a room with the door closed. I was initially upset by the lack of privacy during not only the eval but also the therapy sessions. But after a few times going for therapy I began to relax about the privacy issue and focus on the exercises and why I was there. I felt like I was getting what I needed each time I was there. The therapist, Andrew, was nice & professional so I began to enjoy doing the exercises he gave me to do. Andrew always asked how I was feeling when I arrived and he took it from there to decide what I was to do that day. Over the weeks of going to my sessions I felt very comfortable there and I have to say that the receptionist, McKenzie, is also responsible for me feeling welcome and at ease. She always called the day before my appointments to remind me of the time, etc. which I appreciated a lot! She always greeted me by name when I arrived. If I needed to reschedule she was very pleasant and accommodating. I guess the feeling at Momentum was like being part of a “family” in some ways. They all shared more personally than I was used to but that wasn’t a bad thing. It made me feel motivated to keep my appointments and work hard when I was there. The program Andrew designed for me for my back helped a lot. The second time I went to Momentum for knee pain was less successful but it had more to do with my condition than the exercises he had me doing. One day after I’d been going a PT student named Ben joined the team. He was pretty nervous as you would expect from a student but he was very motivated to learn and develop his skills. Andrew allowed Ben to work with me when he was busier with a new client. We all got along well and I felt happy to contribute in a small way to Ben’s development as a therapist. I wish him great success in the future. I’d also like to thank both Andrew and McKenzie for helping me to improve my health! If I need physical therapy in the future I will definitely ask my doc to send me to Momentum in Boerne. One thing I would like to strongly suggest to the owners of Momentum is to get a set of shelves or lockers for clients’ processions like purses, jackets, wallets, water bottles, etc. There is no place to put our things while doing our therapy sessions except a VERY small triangular shelf unit. It’s so small that 2 purses can’t really fit on it. The spacing between shelves is much too small to put an average size water bottle or a jacket.
