I found MOJO after desperately trying to find relief after a back injury last year. I tried multiple different avenues until someone recommended I try MOJO. It was the best decision I have made. Two months into my therapy I found out I was pregnant, and I was so grateful to already be in such good hands. Ellen has been my biggest supporter. She guided me through my pregnancy, and all the while helping my back recover. Ellen was there for the whole journey. At 20 weeks, I decided that I wanted to have an unmedicated birth. Ellen supported me and gave me resources I needed to achieve my goal. I would have never had my ideal birth story if it wasn’t for her. Thank you MOJO, and thank you Ellen.

After being advised by many Gynecologists that I needed a hysterectomy( my only option), due to pelvic organ prolapse, this news spun me into deep depression. However, I was extremely relieved when I found that there was help through physical therapy for women who suffers from pelvic organ prolapse. Ellen was a referral from a wonderful and trusted physician. On the day I met Ellen, she made me feel at ease and understood my concerns and physical condition. She asked questions, carefully monitored my progress, and supplied me with a variety of, fun and interesting, exercises to do at home. She is extremely knowledgeable, and absolutely professional in this field of work. As a result, in less than three months, I am back on track! My pelvic floor muscles are much stronger, and easier to contract. No more pessaries for me! This wonderful experience has put a huge boost to my self esteem. I would definitely recommend this therapy program to women for early evaluation/detection, rectal incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. I am happy and extremely grateful. Thank you!!

I recently finished a 9-month PT journey and it has, quite simply, changed my life. I was referred to pelvic floor PT by my mental health therapist who suggested that it could help with processing trauma and my connection with my body. I was skeptical at first, but after the first appointment I realized just how impactful this process could be. Ellen helped me work through tension and pain I was experiencing in my pelvic floor and throughout my body, in a way that always felt safe--physically and emotionally. She worked with me to understand how my physical sensations are linked to emotions, and gently helped me to experience and process my feelings throughout. This experience has completely changed my relationship with my body and I am so grateful to Ellen for guiding me throughout this process.

I saw Sadie after having a laparoscopy and excision of endometriosis done by Dr. Podraza and I’m so thankful that I did! He told me to expect to be pregnant 6-18 months after the surgery and I got pregnant after 6 months! I truly believe I could not have gotten pregnant without physical therapy. Sadie not only helped me physically but she also helped my mental health. Sadie truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to help patients reach their goals. I will always be so thankful that Dr. Podraza recommended MOJO!

I first saw Audra in 2020 for pelvic issues that stemmed from delivering two children. I wasn’t really optimistic that PT was going to work because my issues didn’t fit with the classic pelvic symptoms you hear about after having kids. I’m grateful to say I was wrong, and Audra fixed my issue within two sessions. Like completely resolved the problem. Fast forward to 2022 and I started with a different set of symptoms, but nonetheless still related to pelvic floor. I started seeing Audra again and within a week I noticed 90% resolution of my symptoms. A month later, the issue was nonexistent. Pelvic floor PT requires a substantial level of trust and comfort with the provider you’re seeing. I’ve never felt embarrassed or awkward at any of my appointments. The entire staff is kind and welcoming, and I wouldn’t even consider seeing any other provider for pelvic floor PT. You won’t regret choosing MOJO pelvic health. Trust me.

I came with chronic pain in my legs from training. I was in normal PT for well over a year until someone recommended I see Amy for pelvic floor PT. There’s no way to explain that first appointment. Within 2 visits I was able to run again, but she also gave me a self awareness of my breathing and a feeling of safety that I’d never know. Cannot say enough great things about this therapy more to any female.

Myriam Coker is amazing and so good at her job. I was so nervous about going to pelvic physical therapy but she made feel okay and made sure it wasn't ever too much pain for me to handle. I would recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic therapy. She makes you feel like there's someone who cares about getting you to feel better about yourself.

Working with Ellen Mitchell has been nothing short of life changing. I feel more connected to my physical body. My energy levels have increased. I have clarity in my emotional body about some past traumas that I am now able to process with the support of a trusted therapist. As a holistic practitioner that supports women through mind body and spirit transformation, I believe ANYONE can benefit from Pelvic floor therapy work with Ellen. She is knowledgeable, present, and supportive. She knows her stuff!
