I would give less but the nurses are the ones that make the appointments worthwhile. As for Dr. Singh, at first started out okay but then he had misplaced my paperwork delaying my physical therapy and then stated he had it on his desk for two weeks! Now, I received and MRI got the CD for it, gave it to him and the next visit asked for it back and was told I never gave it to him. When I insisted that I had given it to him, he stated I was wrong. Now, today I get a voicemail from a Joslin stating the CD was scanned and entered into the system (OH THE CD that they never received was scanned!!!) in the voicemail it was said I could pick it up or have it mailed to me. When I called back I got this messaging system representative who then told me that the call I received never said they would mail to me, when I said no it is in my voicemail he said I was wrong. I have no idea what is going on but I am tired of the run around. Plus they never answer their phone calls. I will be placing a grievance and look to be transferred to another doctor or somewhere else. Oh and they never answer the phones there when I have called several times throughout the day.

They do not accept chronic issue.
