From the moment I walked into the office it was extremely professional, welcoming, and everyone came across as if they walked in my shoes beginning with Matt the owner, Nicole, Physical therapists Grant, Amy, and Gene. Each one deserves a 10.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are experienced, caring, friendly and warm. I would highly recommend Mobility Physical Therapy! If I could give more than five stars, I would!
I have been a patient at Mobility Physical Therapy on and off since 2010. As a "recent" senior citizen, they have helped me with a Frozen shoulder, Plantar Faciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Whiplash, Pulled calf muscles, and 2 Total knee replacements over the years. The first visit is more like an evaluation where they take measurements, massage, collect doctor results, and take notes, so they know where to go from there. As a regular patient over the years, I have gotten to know Nicole (the office manager) who is so professional and has a laugh and smile that sets everyone at ease. Matt, the practice owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable, is always on hand to assist his staff. I have interacted with several of the staff members, who seem to ask the right questions and work hard to get your feeling better as soon as possible. I give Mobility Physical Therapy a 5 Star review, as I can't imagine going anywhere else!
I would highly recommend Mobility Physical Therapy to anyone who needs PT. Very professional. They take time to explain what is going to happen abd what they are doing. Here is a picture of the owner.
This is a training facility for Chapman University Students. The therapist I had was doing a rotation while taking courses at Chapman. After 3 sessions he had to leave since his rotation was over and a new student would take over. Would not recommend. Based on the reply of the owner I would also suggest that they keep your private information less than private. The 4th session was canceled because my therapist left to go back to school.
I have been a patient for ten years due to a degenerative condition. The team at Mobility is honest and professional. The therapists actively work with you to find solutions. Patients are people, not numbers to the care professionals at Mobility.
"Pretty advice for all" I drove a School Bus and I got neck pain, I went to this place multiple time. I got only talk and give me some exercise to do in my house I came back to ((MOBILITY PHYSICAL THERAPY)) and they said we don't know what we have to do I said "what". yes it's horrible. Finally if you don't worry about your times and your money, so you can go to this place and will lose them, they're not Knowledgeable and professional. definitely they will lose them business soon. There is risk to go there!! Only one positive thing is very easy to make Appointments. That's it. 2nd message replay to the owner.. I am not here to argue.. People are very frustrated with your failure and that we did not get help and you told me in the last discussion, it means that you are not qualified to treat people.., secondly.. since we see most patients complaining about you the same as me, hello guys do you know Someone receives his patients for free without verifying health insurance and gives them appointments over and over. People didn't and won't appreciate your work no matter how much you try to deceive here I would like to say goodbye big liar.
The first initial appointment was the evaluation where I brought in all of my MRIs and backup paperwork for their review of past injuries. I also reviewed verbally with the Therapist how some of the injuries occurred. The second visit was 1/2 hour and we just reviewed my list of injuries again. The same therapist forgot everything from the week prior and asked me for the MRI results and imaging, but I already gave that last week. No one took the time to review my medical records. We did NO exercises, no hot/cold therapy, no massage - just talked for 2 sessions. I live in constant pain, too bad no one at Mobility Physical Therapy cared. They also overcharge me my copayment and although it was their mistake, they only wanted to credit for future appointments. I was not impressed, but left dissatisfied and would rather find a caring therapist that is well informed.
